Biggest thank you to Liah for fitting my son’s birthday in last minute for a cafe party, She accommodated every need! Her and her lovely staff made a last minute birthday celebration a memorable one. Definitely recommend

Place needs regular cleaning when I went first thing in the morning as they just opens the doors there was dirty debris in the toddler section and floors were dirty. Please rectify this as this is a hygiene hazard for children and falls under WHS obligations thank you.

Paul - Team member here such a disappointment. I just asked him to pretend in front of my daughter that there is no icecream but the man has a rude attitude towards me and my childMoreover Shaking his head in front of me.

First time at the Crocs play centre with my kids. They had an enjoyable time, and it was good for them to play and burn some energy

Good place and staff, but safety is an issue as there is no control over number of people or kids entering the playing area. Too crowded always

Great place for kids to enjoy slides, trampoline, forest theme maze slides and car riding. It's busy with lots of families over the Easter long weekend and have couple of play areas as per kids age. They have different rooms for throwing kids birthday parties and great range of food at cafe.

Took my 18 month old there on Sunday afternoon. The space looked great but it was incredibly busy. Looked like there was 3 or 4 birthdays happening at once.
I asked a staff member where the toddler area was and was directed to an area overrun with bigger kids.
The 18 month and under area was full of 5 or 6 kids from a family that were all 5 or over.
So instead we went to the 4 and under area. That quickly was overrun with older kids too.
So we went walking around the main area. That was a mistake too, with kids racing bikes around making it pretty dangerous for my little one.
If the staff were more on to kids being in the younger areas then I'd go back but otherwise it's a complete waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever, I organised my daughters private after hours birthday party here. The serving staff ruined everything for us. Every one in party was complaining about it to us. When I called up to talk to manager next day, was told by day manager that frenchees owner will respond. Haven’t received any feedback call from them. They don’t care about client all is about taking money. Will never organise anything here neither will anyone who attended our party.

It is really very busy on weekends. The service was a bit off as there were too many people. The cars play area wasn’t working and kids were a bit disappointed. They should probably have some staff in kids zone as well as some kids were getting hurt from the big slides

Great place for kids play and birthday parties. On site Muffin Break cafe for refreshments.

The worst play centre ever. What a absolute time wasting place. I so regret booking for my granddaughters party there. The girls that were serving us one of them was the worst servant ever. Totally appalling. I complained to the manager there and she was very apologetic for her. I do hope they think deeply about and consider replacing and getting pleasant employees. Totally disappointed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO ANOTHER KIDS PARTY THERE

Had my kids Birthday here. Every one that attended had great experiences. It would have been nice if the staff had focused more on sanitizing before our events.

Please don’t bother having celebrations here, had my sons birthday party, very disappointed with the services!
Staff was unfriendly, kids were not entertained at all by the staff no games were played! Please don’t waste your money at this centre.

I was at this centre when I saw the staff berated a support worker who was trying to explain something to a child who obviously had needs. While she was explaining something to him in a calm tone, a staff member interfered and started talking to the child. The SW asked the employee and explained that the child has processing issues but two other staff members shouted at the SW calling her ‘rude’. My point is.the conversation was between the child and SW and the Sw knows the needs of the child well not your staff. To call her rude for asking them not to interrupt was just beyond me. Their job is to sell tickets and serve customers not interrupt a SW’s job in ensuring a child (whom she knows well) not have a meltdown and make it a quality time for him. They should just not have interfered a teaching moment. I felt sorry for the SW who was taken aback by the rudeness of the staff behind the counter.: (

Was great but now needs a really good clean. Most air machines are broken. Foam balls need replacing. Staff however are great. It has a good amount of space but it just needs some love from the owners

Lovely place for all age group kids. Trampoline, climbing wall, small bicycles rides, car rides, soft play area, balls area and a lot of long slides to keep kids busy. My kids spend 2 hours happily there.

I had a horrible experience with Crocs hoppers crossing. I booked a disco room for my daughter sixth birthday. When we reached, we were introduced to two party host who were responsible for everything. We even told them to take the coffee order from the guest do that we are available to welcome our guests. But the whole i kept on looking for the party host to let me know what they are up to. I was serving food and looking after kids. I was so busy with kids that I couldn’t even attend my guests at all. I took coffee order but they didn’t bring the coffee for 1hours and when I asked them they said it was not in the system.
The food I ordered for kids and for my guest were not given and upon asking they said we served it.
The reason for having a disco theme is dance and music. But they didn’t put music on, neither play any games with the children or played any song which make my daughter very sad and me very very very disappointed.
When I spoke to the manager she offered me 10free entry for my child but later when I spoke to the owner and I told him that how my child’s day had been spoiled and so as our as a parents. He did apologies and gave us $100 discount but we still pay $600. So $100 is enough to spoil a child day and compensation for not doing your job properly.
My question to crocs can you bring that moment back for my child, the disco music and games. You think your discount make my daughter’s day. No it’s not. Her disco theme was spoiled and she kept on asking us when the music and light will be play.
I m very disappointed with crocs hoppers crossing and would never celebrate any birthday part with them in future.

Such a lovely and welcoming play centre. My children love coming here, we’ve been coming here for last year. Staff are so amazing and very friendly

Getting old, they need to do some upgrade and put some light in the area. It's hard for parent to supervise their kids within the play area.

Love this place good playcenter alot of different areas for different ages groups big spaces to host birthday parties! My son absolutely loved it! The only down fall was one of the staff members was not so pleasant.she didn't really pay much attention to us.when asking her questions! It was like a um I'm not sure um I think so answer to all my questions.but other then that this place is definitely a must for kids fun day out!
