Craigieburn fish and chips

After waiting 90 minutes, I was told cannot process your order due to lack of staff. How embarrassing and what a wastage of time.

Took over 30mins to come and when it did it was so cold if I want something this cold I would have dug up my dead grandma, what a waste of money will never go back again

Ordered through a delivery app. Time kept getting changed so it took about an hour to get food. Never had a fish shop make worst chips. They arrived soggy, like they had been sitting in unheated oil for 5 mins. Was charged 50 cents for chicken salt which is ridiculous in its own right but then it didn't have any salt on it anyway. Recieved half an onion ring which I paid full price for but cold and soggy anyway. Everything was basically not able to be eaten. I requested and received a full refund.

Flake was over cooked and rubbery, no lemon for the fish, the meal had no salt - worst fish and chips I’ve never eaten. I would never go back.

One job.chicken salt. Ordered Large Chips and there was no chicken salt as requested, no salt at all on chips. Chips were not fresh and potato cakes tasted disgusting, battered hot dog were okay, not the best and very oily. Maybe using old oil? I ordered through Uber Eats, and won't be coming back.

Ordered over the phone, was asked when I'd like to pick-up the takeaway order and it was ready when I got there. Good food, good service.

Very oily food over cooked, man that served wore gloves, wearing the same gloves while touching money and touching food you need to wash your hands when touching money and then put new gloves on to make food.

The most disgusting food I have ever eaten, when contacting the restaurant for a partial refund because it was inedible, they disagreed and LIED about the quality of the food, stating that it was Worst pizza I ever eat no cheese in the pizza’s I think they finished with the cheese even no salt and spices it’s not looks like a pizza I have genuinely never eaten such disgusting food. Worst food ever, waste of money and the customer service is nonexistent. I have ordered so many times from this shop but now i get to know the ownership has been changed but seriously you guys need to learn how to make pizza from old owners and I will be avoiding this place in the future. They should be utterly ashamed of themselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CHEAP, DISGUSTING AND RUN BY PEOPLE $35.

THE WORST service we have ever received! We ordered our dinner at 5.30. It did not arrive until 7.45pm. The driver pulled into our driveway with his music blaring, waking out two month old up! The food was stone cold! $40 worth! We phoned to complain and were told it was due to the “weather” then “our location “. They also advised they do things to keep it warm! They were extremely rude! We were told 4 times someone would phone us back and they would refund some items! We phoned them again and were hung up on! Worst fish and chip shop!

I cannot recommend this place more. Amazing atmosphere, delicious food and excellent staff. A true 10/10 experience. Everyone should go here at least once in their life!

Worst Kerbabs ever hardly any meat or salad in them and just slap together discussing will not be going there ever again

Horrible food, whiting is terrible, hotdog in batter is literally just a hotdog. Do not order from this place.

Staffs and food absolutely beautiful. My kids and I eat here every week or so and everytime, the staff are professional and friendly and my daughters adores them plus the food is great. Best fish and chip around. I recommend for everyone

I don't know what the deal was with these negative comments, but I found the food and the service to be good.

I ordered the Craigieburn Pack with grilled flake, and it was fine for the price. Just regular fish and chips.

What a lovely place to order meals, from the moment we arrived we felt welcome, the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The menu was good and reasonable price and the meal we selected were really tasty.yum yum yum.

Absolutely appalling customer service and food to match. The food arrived cold and inedible. They put chilli sauce on my burger when it was never asked for or specified on the menu. Will never order from here again. CHEAP ingredients used. Disgusting.
