So happy to finally have a great fish and chip shop in the area. Best fish and chips ive had in a long time. Well priced and food is so fresh and cooked to perfection.

The owners are very friendly and take alot of pride in there shop.

Will be regular customers now

Place has changed a lot and is probably the best fish and chip shop in Craigieburn, will definitely be coming back again. Food was excellent, well priced and generous sizes, service was better than good and they are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend if your wanting decent fish and chips!

Ordered the pack for 2 yesterday. We enjoyed it! Reasonable price. We've been disappointed with the one close to our place which we've gone for years. Keep it up guys! We'll be back:)

This place was run by kids. Oil was turned up so high, when the girl put the fish in it almost overflowed.
Fish - absolutely disgusting, rock hard (even in the fish burger). Not worth the long wait, definitely not edible. Not sure why this is wrapped in paper and not placed in a box like the chips.
Chips - Not sure if I was just hungry, but the colour on the chips tells me oil needs to be changed.
Menu - A lot of options on the menu, however most of these were not available.
Seafood stick - no comment (take this off the menu)
Potato cake - the only thing that was edible
Overall, this is the worst Fish & Chips I have ever bought. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone else.

Worst fish and chips I have honestly ever had, I have not once had such a low quality meal It was barely edible.
- Chips were brown, soggy and had no salt whatsoever.
-The flake was clearly frozen before and tasted terrible.
-The calamari rings were just straight up alarming they could be snapped in half and they were filled with something that did not resemble any calamari I've ever seen.
-The seafood sticks were stuck together by this dark brown greasy batter.
I have never recommended someone not go to a place to eat but seriously save your money and possibly your health.

If I could give zero stars for this establishment I would.
Bought grilled whiting and flake. To the eye it looked ok, but clearly the product was not fresh and had come out of a freezer. The whiting was edible but slightly tough.
The flake is the worst I’ve ever had! Flake should fall apart as you stick your utensil in it. The one prepared for me was a petrified fossil!
The plastic fork bent and couldn’t penetrate the fish and when I tried biting the flake it felt like I was chewing into a piece of tough rubber.
Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere.

Calamari rings where just made out of dough or something but they were surely NOT calamari!
They couldn't even give us lemon for the fish! The fish was over fried and SUPER OILY! It's like they deep fried it twice!

Oh did I mention they were rude?

Bought 2 fish and chips a battered crab stick scallops and squid rings. Fish was not good. Dry no taste seemed like old stock. Crab stick batter was still partially raw. Only things OK were chips squid ring and scallops. Better fish and chips across the road at red fin by far!

Pretty bad service. Online prices are different when you go instore prices are higher and expensive. Deals given online compared to deals instore they will leave things out and charge higher price.
Have been calling 3 days straight they dont bother answering phone.
Close time says 9pm yet 8: 30 they close up and stop taking orders very disappointed. Shop doesnt run how it used to.

Legit wouldn’t even spend $1 here. The fries were so tasteless and mushy. The chicken burger has 1/2 a thin slice of chicken in there.
Thought the price was fairly good then when I got the burger, it had nothin in there. Might as well go to kfc or maccas.
Not sure if I can go back. Just so disappointing!

My partner placed an order at 5pm. Our food was taking a while so at 7 called and asked where it was politely to which a worker then decided to yell at my partner. Super rude. Never got our order. Super disappointing customer service.

The food had no taste and it's cold no chicken Salt and the driver was rude my order wasn't right I would never go back wrost fish and chip shop ever

Ordered fish, chips and battered mussels. Way over cooked, too dry, no taste. The fish tasted like it was cooked last week and just deep fried for a couple of seconds to re heat. Don’t bother ordering from here. Only had to give it one star to be able to leave a review. Seriously TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your money!
