CPR First Aid Training

Great facilities and the course had a good balance of theory and practical exercises. The trainer made it easy to follow and real experience from the field.

Just completed first aid and CPR course in Cranbourne with Norman. Best first aid course I have done in over 20years of doing them regularly. I recently had knee surgery and was quite concerned about getting on floor. Every precaution was taken and I was checked on constantly. Made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

Excellent training on managing asthma and anaphylaxis in the workplace. The course included plenty of practical advice, and a wonderful instructor who engaged the group and made the session fun. Cheers!

I did my training at Flinders Street on 1st June. Norm, the trainer, was engaging and kept the course moving at a comfortable pace, while still giving opportunities for questions and interactions. The pre course requirements were extensive and ensured all participants were at an equal standard for the course. Really well organised and run. I’d definitely recommend this training organisation.

I completed my First Aid and CPR training at Quest Bundoora. Joan was an informative and knowledgable trainer who gave a lot of practical advice about administering First Aid. I particularly enjoyed that Joan listened to the members of the group doing the training and gave additional support relevant to people’s careers / areas of work. I have done First Aid courses with other companies before, but I found this one to be the best! Would definitely recommend:)

Had a fun and full day with Joan and those that attended the CPR First Aid at Bundoora yesterday. Feel a sense of confidence if the need every should arise.

This was my very first CPR course and I was not disappointed at all! Norman was an excellent teacher whom I felt covered every aspect of CPR very thoroughly! Completed CPR in Bundoora and was very happy. Our instructor Joan was friendly and animated which made the class easier to learn and take in information. The 3 hours went by quickly and everyone passed:)

I attended CPR training last night and found it very informative and productive. Jane our training was very detailed with her information and I felt very confident to try all the scenarios and practical tasks. As a teacher I have attended may CPR trainings and by found this the most interesting and value for money. I will be back next year!

I just completed the HLTAID003 Course at the Adina in Melbourne and can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Norm was a fantastic teacher and kept the class entertained whilst providing the content in a clear and engaging way. It was a really good mix of people, and practical scenarios helped give us a real insight into how to best approach a situation. Thanks again to Norm for making the day fun as well as educational.

I not only enjoyed my First Aid training session, I came away with greater knowledge and confidence to conduct First Aid in any situation that may arise in the future. Today i did my CPR refresher at Adina, Melbourne CBD and i definitely recommend norman as a best trainer i have ever had. Also highly recommend company.
