I had already completed two courses with a different company before taking my third one in Frankston. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised this time around. The class was well-attended, and John was an engaging and professional instructor who delivered the course content with passion. He made the class both interesting and useful. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and plan to return once my certificates have expired. I highly recommend this course.

My trainer was Ursula. She was overall a very good trainer and could confidently say that I learnt everything needed to learn there.

Worst experience ever! With instructor named Nathan. Do not recommend at all.very rude and disrespectful instructor. Finished my test with his car, thank god he was not allowed to talk during the test.

I've done a couple of first aid courses through this company. They are always very well run.
I love that I can do the theory at home and do a shortened practical 4 hours at a venue.
John the trainer was awesome. We had so much to cover in the four hours and he made sure we all understood everything along the way.
Would highly recommend doing your CPR/1ST aid course with this great company.

Had to refresh my First Aid and CPR. Our instructor Norm was very thorough in all aspects of the course. I feel that I can apply with confidence all the required techniques that I was shown during this course. Thanks Norm.

Thorough and efficient first aid and CPR course. I like having the option to do the theory at home and complete a shorter course onsite.

I completed my CPR and first aid certificates tonight the 14/06/19 at Frankston Quest. I have to say that not only was the information delivered in a manner that everyone in the class understood, our facilitator Noam was very humorous, great for relatable scenarios, and made the process very enjoyable. I will definitely be back next year for my CPR refresh.

I attended the CPR training and First aid course. The session was really informative we went through a range of difference scenarios. The instructor Norm was really knowledgeable and made the class a really fun enjoyable experience

Completed my annual CPR in Melbourne CBD with this provider for the 2nd time and will definitely be returning next year for the full first aid certification. Very informative and made enjoyable without being ott and too cheesey like some other providers. Would recommend.

Norman is a great instructor and made the class fun and engaging. Im studying to be a teacher and I would love to be half the teacher he is.
