I had a great time yesterday during Norm's CPR training in Melbourne CBD. His stories, teaching and dad jokes really made it a memorable training session for me. Having sat these types of courses before, I know first hand how boring they can be, however I have to say that I genuinely enjoyed the session. Thank you for such an engaging start to the new year!
My husband and I went to Flinders st for our full day first aid course with Norman and had a great day! Norman is really passionate about saving lives and had stories of all kinds, keeping us entertained all day. His way of teaching was very informative and engaging and we would highly recommend him and this company! Thanks CPRfirstaid!
My sister and I attended our CPR training in Mitcham with Norm and really enjoyed ourselves! Norm was passionate, knowledgeable and encouraged active participation, as no questions were off limits. He also had plenty of terrible dad jokes and great anecdotes to keep us entertained. Thanks Norm for a great morning and for being patient with my ticklish sister who couldn't keep a straight face when she was supposed to be unconscious! We'll definitely be back next year.
