CPR First Aid Training reviews
24Chris was super informative and helpful throughout the whole process of learning CPR. Very thorough too. Would highly recommend him was an absolute legend
Friendly and knowledgeable call center, enrolment and site staff. A lot of course options and locations.
Recommended the refresher CPR First Aid if you did the courses before.
The Training assessor was absolutely awesome, best first aid presentation l have had of 20 year of being a first aider.
Did my CPR refresher course yesterday with Ken as the instructor. Have done first aid courses before but this was by far the most informative and INTERESTING way it has been presented. Ken was amazing and hilarious, will see him again next year for my update!
Completed my first CPR course yesterday, instructor Mark was very understanding and highly informative.
I have been going through CPR First Aid for the last 6 years. Each time I go for training it’s shown in a slightly different way,
And I like that because it’s easier to remember things if they change. I would definitely recommend doing your first aid with this company. They make it a fun way to learn. Today’s teacher was Lisa and she was great.
Excellent training, friendly staff, overall a great environment to both learn and practise first aid techniques. Thanks heaps!
Extremely disappointing to say this as I have been a returning customer for 7 years with CPR First Aid. I was just notified over the phone that my course next week has been changed AGAIN (2nd time change and venue change needed for me!). The trainers are great but there is something going on with communication behind the scenes. Very difficult for those who book off work when self employed to be told I need to change my day again at such short notice. Not impressed at all and will not be returning or referring my employees here.
The instructor Norm was entertaining and engaging and the training was very hands-on (as it should be). A positive experience!
Had CPR and First Aid training today. Norm was fantastic. Made it all very interesting and fun and knowledge was 100% up to date with current guidelines and recommendations. Great session.
Just finished my CPR training with Norman and heading into first aid. It's been an amazing experience so far. Coming in, with no prior experience or knowledge was a bit intimidating but Norman was hilarious, as well as educational and not only broke the ice well for everyone but was also extremely engaging. Everything was very well explained in theory & he was also supportive during practicals! The Mitcham venue has parking, and food available for order in the restaurant. Highly recommended the training, the venue and definitely Norman! 10/10
Just completed my CPR training with Norm in Noble Park. Had a very wonderful experience and staff was very friendly. Norm definitely is knowledgeable and learnt a lot during this course.
I have done my last 3 First Aid courses with CPR First Aid. I did my First Aid Level 2 today at Mitcham and Norman was our instructor. The class was great without the usual padding and waffle that can go along with these type of courses. Norman is very proficient in terrible dad jokes, but the course itself was informative and interactive. I learnt a few new things today, particularly in regard to anaphylaxis treatment.
It is great to be able to find such a high quality standard of course that isn't located in the CBD. For those of us in the outer eastern suburbs, the Mitcham venue is very handy and close to Eastlink.
I will definitely do my further courses with CPR First Aid as I work in childcare and this sort of knowledge is crucial.
Norm was super knowledgeable and helpful in training CPR. I've done the course before but left mostly confused, I feel confident in my ability to provide CPR now. The course offers online theory which is great as you can do it in your own time at home.
Excellent training day with Norman at Mitcham. Easy to locate and lots of parking. He is an excellent educator who keeps the group engaged and able so take a serious topic and lighten it to make it memorable.
I attended my first aid training with Norman at Mitcham. Well located with ample parking. Norman is a fantastic trainer with rich experience, lesson is methodically planned and all information is extremely current and updated. Great training and highly recommended!
I have just completed a first aid course on the 4 September with norm. I have completed 2 first aid courses in the past with this company and I highly recommend this company. Each time a different instructor. I cannot believe that every time I update my certificate the instructor gets better and better. Norm has a special talent to explain everything to you in such a way that makes it fun to learn about first aid and all the changes with the new treatments. He is a amazing instructor.
Fantastic course taught in a fun and engaging way. I felt welcome to ask questions to clarify theory into practice. Can’t recommend more.
Our instructor, Joan, was extremely friendly and a great teacher. The course was really interesting and a good balance between theory and practical activities. Would definitely recommend!
After many training sessions.today was by far the best. Joan was the best. Straight forward and very informative. She really incorporated her many years of working knowledge and incorporated it with the training to truly give a real understanding of what first aid is, and when u as the person should understand when u are the first aider. The legal aspects.things i had never learn previously was very interesting. Great work Joan. Keep up the great work.
