In spite of always being busy, the ladies who, let's face it, run the place, are always accommodating and trying their best to fit you in, or find a way to make sure you're not left without help.

Dr Natalia Chatsionok, whom I have been seeing for many years now, is a God send. She is booked out for weeks ahead, which is a testament to her abilities as a doctor, but also who she is as a person. An extremely good listener, a brilliant diagnostician, and an extremely kind human being.

I cannot recommend the clinic and Dr Natalia enough.

Lovely people at reception desk. Was there for a covid jab which was administered by a friendly efficient practitioner. Happy with the care I recieved.

The staff on duty listened to what I needed to be clarified.
During my visit staff were professional
and both courteous and polite.

I find the staff friendly helpful and kind and my GP Dr Natalia is so knowledgeable kind and understanding I feel very luck to have this medical clinic in our area

After leaving 25 years of city life, to move to the coast, I was worried I would not be able to 'replace' my wondeful city GP. But I was wrong. I have found a wonderful Doctor at the Cowes Medical Centre. I live with stage 4 endometriosis and major depressive disorder, and I have been doubted and second guessed and dismissed by so many doctors that I was starting to give up. Until I came across Dr Natalia Chatsionok. Not only does she specialise in women's health, she is extremely attentive, gentle, kind, and an exceptional diagnostics doctor. She is most understanding and has never rushed me. She LISTENS. The administrative stuff have also always been most accommodating and extremely friendly. I feel most grateful for the medical care I receive at Cowes. Thank you all!

To all the lovely nurses, doctors and admin staff!

I had a nightmare experience at the hub but with the swift actions from the medical staff at the Cowes Medical Center they gave me the service and attention I should have been provided by the hub in the first place. Well done to an AMAZING team!

It is easier to get a medical appointment in Melbourne over two hours away than 10 minutes away in Grantville. Appointment made for 4 pm this morning and on arrival, 6 patients sitting and no record of my appointment. Rang Melbourne Clinic and was fitted in at 6 pm, time enough to travel there. Speaks for itself. Where do they get their receptionists? And if you have an anaphylactic episode.they can fit you in next week! Hopeless. My dog had better care at the Vets.they have TRIAGE.

I wanted to express My HUGE Gratitude to Dr D'Costa and Dr Yah when Dr D'Costa not available and Receptionists Liz and Rhi for ALL there Care, Support and Friendliness over the past 3 Years up to date as I'm a patient who visits the Clinic weekly to monitor a incurable illness it makes it ALL the More bearable when there's all these Workers Only to Happy to Help and Assist where they can.

I cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for the service we received at the centre the other day. Rhiannon at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating from the moment I called. She not only fitted me in to see a doctor at short notice but was very supportive in assisting me to make follow up appointments with specialists. Her kindness and compassion at a very challenging time was greatly appreciated.

Always a positive experience seeing someone at the CMC. A very difficult job being a Doc / Receptionist at a medical centre I imagine. The only thing that concerns me is that occasionally staff are abused because waiting times can stretch out.folks, this is not fair. Good doctors are thorough and that means some appointments might take longer than expected. Keep up the good work, folks.

I thank Dr White and his team for giving my father in law the immediate medical attention he needed for tonight. Dr White's attentiveness towards my father in law is remarkable which is also an assurance to us. No words could express our gratitude towards him and his team when all of us are feeling lost at that moment. Once again, on behalf of my father in law and his family, we would like to thank the staffs who helped us.

Spoke to Caroline on the phone. Not sure whether she was having a bad day or not but she could definitely learn to have a little patience with customers on the phone. She came across as quite belligerent. I didn't step inside the centre because of the phone conversation, which is why I am giving it three stars. I hope Caroline at CMC takes this feedback seriously. It is an honour to serve others. Not a chore.
