My family doctor has always been Dr. NICHOLAS SIRIANNI. He left a very bad impression on me, I have never met a doctor like him before. I have a severe headache. A few days before the weather change, my blood pressure was very high, and I couldn't control it even after taking antihypertensive drugs. I had a splitting headache and chills all over the body. Cotton clothes, nausea, etc, but all my symptoms go away as soon as the weather is nice. I told him about my condition, and he gave me a 24-hour blood pressure test. He said that I just need to monitor my blood pressure closely. My blood pressure is still in the normal range, but sometimes it is high at night. He prescribed antihypertensive drugs for me, and I asked him when should I take them? He said that if you take antihypertensive drugs, you can't stop. I said that I have not been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Why should I take antihypertensive drugs? Then should I eat or not? When the weather is normal, my blood pressure is usually normal, so I want to eat? He didn't answer, then raised his voice very impatiently and said, don't keep talking about the weather, I still have many patients waiting for me, after I heard that, I also left the clinic very angry. One night, just before the heavy rain, I had another headache attack, I felt that something was going to happen to me, I went to the emergency room with my husband and my friend, Dr. NICHOLAS SIRIANNI was on duty in the emergency room, he received me, the nurse tested My blood pressure was 190. He gave me antihypertensive medicine and headache medicine. After a while, the nurse measured 160. He said you can go back. After I got home, my stomach hurt unbearably. I went to the emergency room again. I was so painful that I couldn’t control myself. The lights in the emergency room were already dark. Standing far away in the doctor's desk, I asked, but he didn't come to me twice to ask me or check my symptoms, he just told the nurse to continue taking medicine, I said I can't take medicine, because I have already started to vomit I vomited constantly. I found that the things I vomited were all green. He didn’t come over to ask me a word the whole time, but just told the nurse to continue giving me injections. The nurse said that after the injections, the pain would go away and you would fall asleep soon. But after the injection, I was still in pain and still vomited. Even the security guard at the door came over and asked me, "Do you know what kind of medicine this doctor gave you? ". Then the doctor called an ambulance, and the ambulance took me to WONTHGGI emergency department, where I did a lot of tests and found nothing wrong, but I vomited for two days until I went home. Afterwards, I thought for a long time why I went to the emergency room with a headache and high blood pressure, but it did not relieve my symptoms but increased my symptoms-vomiting! The doctor's indifference throughout the whole process also made me worse. This thing has become my nightmare.

Signed in using the computer check in. It informed me of a 45 minute wait, the wait was only 20mins. Handy to use if there's a line, but you can't beat person to person customer service. Lovely people at this clinic

I have been visiting this medical centre for the last 9 years or so. My doctor then was Dr Jeff Cox and now is Dr Asanka. Both of them have been very good to me including the other stuff members. Hope they would maintain this standard in future too.

Still incredibly salty that I paid for a weekend visit regarding intense menstrual pain (in the moment and historical) only for the doctor to be incredibly dismissive and ask me if I’d tried a hot water bottle and provide no constructive assistance beyond recommending nurofen. Like I hadn’t already thought of that in my 15 year history of menstruating! Currently getting better management and assistance from doctors and specialists on the mainland. My recommendation: do NOT visit this clinic.

Walked in and got seen to about a new prescription straight away. Discussed my covid booster whilst I was there and made the appointment over the phone later that day. Receptionist was ever so helpful and the doctor Olaussen was friendly, professional and very understanding. Would see him again for anything.

I personally think Cowes Medical centre is run with a lot of hard work put in by Doctors, nurses and staff.
In this post Covid times life is very difficult for everyone to understand.
We all need to be tolerant of just how difficult it is for the clinic to operate with major staff shortages and as our island has grown so big in population since Covid began, it has put more stress on all businesses.
Well done to all who work at the clinic.
I also appreciate their kindness, empathy, and care they give to not just me.

The waiting time wasn't too long. The doctor was attentive and came up with a satisfactory remedy for the ailment. A flu injection was recommended and that was performed in a matter of minutes by the doctor.

Long wait for appointment. Long wait for doctor. Not enough time to advise of health concerns. Would appreciate being able to obtain information on other medical needs eg patient transfer options etc. Doctors on 6 month turnaround mean you are not able to form relationship for ongoing treatment.

I absolutely love everything about this place. Staff, doctors, and nurses are so kind and such loving humans. Always greeted with smiling faces. Everyone here are so beautiful

Good friendly, professional staff. Clean and not cluttered waiting area. Good flow through of patients therefor minimal waiting time. Caring, helpful Doctors that have your medical concerns at heart.

Receptionist was lovely but the doctor was rude and wouldn’t discuss my medical issues. Wouldn’t steer me in the right direction either. Complete lack of empathy. Won’t be going back
