We had the pleasure of dealing with Toni from start till end and I can honestly say that she made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute pleasure. Not only did she share the same vision we had, she ensured that everything would work perfectly together. She added in her own special touches that were absolute perfection as well. Everything about my experience and the quality of garment I received, was nothing short of spectacular. In an era where customer service and attention to detail are often lacking, Toni reminded me of what greatness should look like. Nothing was overlooked, too difficult or out of reach with Toni in charge! I approached Couture Menswear after a quick phone call to Mens Suit Warehouse and possibly the worst pre sales experience I have had in my life. I gave them a call, and I was then introduced to Toni. It was her day off yet she still had time to chat and book in a consultation. We have been building a bespoke wardrobe with pieces that are appropriate for my corporate life as well as my personal. Whilst I will try to stay humble I have to admit. I don’t walk into a Board Room. I ARRIVE AT THE BOARDROOM. Toni makes you feel like your best interests are in her’s 100%. She takes so much pride, and shows so much joy in helping you pick each finer detail that help build an incredible finished product. I will continue to build my wardrobe with Couture Menswear due to Toni and I only felt the need to write this review because I want other people to have the opportunity to get the top flight customer experience that she delivers as well as have the confidence to trust her judgement in what looks exceptional.

We had an awful experience, I was so disappointed, I should not have feel the way I was feeling, so close to my son's wedding. The suit was 2 size small and they kept saying that he has grown. What a joke, they didn't even want to admit they made a mistake with the measurements. They ordered a second jacket, which they called it free jacket, after I paid $2500 for the suit, the quality is so bad, it was done so quickly that none of the seams was sitting right. The pant was twisted, and the back and front have different shades.won't recommend them at all.

My go to place to get the perfect and best quality suits. I have been dealing with Couture Menswear for years now and the staff are very welcoming, kind and understanding.

Toni's service has been simply outstanding. This is the first custom suit and shirt I have ever gotten made for me. The clothes feel very comfortable. Furthermore the advice and education I received was amazing. Highly recommended.

Thank you Shay and the team at the Melbourne showroom for everything they did for me in preparing my suit for my wedding day. I came across the team on Instagram so decided to visit them to check a particular suit out I saw online, the photos did not do justice and I instantly knew I wanted to go ahead. The suit was custom made and fit perfectly, the process was extremely quick and the compliments on the day did not stop. Thank you for everything!

My now husband and I came here to buy his wedding suit, and it really was spectacular. The suit was custom made and fitted, and when we received it, it was lovely.except that I made a mistake with one request that ruined the look of the suit.
When we contacted Joe, he was very helpful and honest with us. He liaised with the tailors, and sadly had to break the news to us that the entire blazer would need to be remade. He even said so kindly "Cait, I honestly don't think its worth it, its going to cost so much, are you sure you can't just leave it as is? " But I couldn't.
And even with the Christmas break closure, Joe still managed to get our suit sent back to Sydney through Covid lock-downs, remade, and sent back to us in time for our wedding!
The only downfall for us, was that when my husband opened his suit bag to put the blazer back, he heard a rattle, and so he opened the cuff links box to find one broken. We couldn't understand how as they were brand new. Again however, Joe was very efficient and sent a brand new replacement link out to us that got to us in less than 24 hours, being the day before the wedding.
