The customer service was subpar despite spending over $7000 on our suits. The quality of work and service did not meet our expectations. I strongly recommend avoiding these unhelpful and incapable individuals to ensure your special day isn't marred by unpleasant experiences.

Our experience from the beginning has been beyond incredible. The service, the talent, the passion the girls have, and may I add, also the competence and promptness in dealing with our queries. We met Toni a year ago for our wedding, which is next week, and we have one of the possibly largest groups so far. I haven't had a single issue with the girls.

Also, I want to add that the suits ARE AMAZING! I can't wait to see them on the boys next week.

I actually created an account just to write this review. I’m honestly blown away by this brand. I didn’t know it was appointment only and stumbled into the Melbourne shop. I was greeted by Toni. Her service and knowledge is from another world. Stunning girl, stunning suits, stunning service. My interaction with Toni has single handedly changed my perception of myself and how I dress. If you want someone that really cares about the man you are and the image you want to convey of yourself then go no further than here. Toni I am forever grateful.

Had my wedding suit put together from scratch to completion. The process, though tiring, was greatly helped by the shop manager. My suit was tailored to match my taste. At first I was stressing to choose my wedding suit but Toni defenitely narrowed down exactly what I wanted and I could not have been happier.

The turn around was super quick and the measurements came in very accurate and the suit fitted like an absolute glove, especially considering it was done during the hard times of covid.
