I am completely shocked by the disrespect I endured by an employee named Izzy (Short, Tanned, Brunette, around 20 years old). She was so rude and degrading. Rolling her eyes at me when I was only asking if she had an undamaged towel in the back. I have never been treated so poorly by a retail worker and action against this girl must be made! Izzy is the soul reason I will not be returning to the south Yarra store as I should not have to out up with the lack of respect and poor attitude by Izzy. I am completely outraged and disgusted by the way I was treated by her and something needs to be done.

One of my favourite country road stores. Staff are so friendly here and really go out of their way to help. Great stock too.

Absolutely love the staff at this store. Honestly the best clothes shopping experience I have ever had. It was like I had my own personal style session. I am not going to shop anywhere else now. The staff are absolutely incredible! I feel so confident in the outfits they suggested just from one look at my physique. I cannot thank them enough

This has always been our local CR, the range is excellent and the staff are always helpful and supportive.

But this year at Christmas, Isabella went above and beyond to help me and ensure that I could have an item available for my partner.

Her actions and communication post connecting with her in-store was terrific. She kept me informed by email and by phone, and her drive to ensure we had the item at Christmas was next level.

She is an asset to the company.

Extremely unfriendly and unapproachable staff. From the manager to the sales assistant all were rude and cold. Definitely not returning.

I like the smell but I do not like the idea of paying $150 for a shirt that probably cost less than $5 to make. What happens when sweatshops pay fair wages - do these $150 shirts become $500? Does the poor class have to walk around naked and the middle class take out mortgages on their clothes?
That being said - i do own a country road shirt (yes, yes, I know, I am part of the bourgeoisie - though I think knowing how to spell bourgeoisie makes you part of it) and it's quite nice, would recommend scouring 2nd hand for them.

I must kindly admit I don't know where all the high reviews are coming from. When I entered the store (For the very first time), a shop assistant looked me straight in the eye and scurried away. I wasn't asked how my day was and felt as if the staff didn't want a bar of me, not one staff member asked if I needed any assistance.one staff member did notice me, but refused to actually give me any service, I walked past three sales staff and they were obviously "busy" looking away from myself. It's one of the most poor experiences I've had in a retail store. I honestly doubt I'll ever step foot in that establishment again and probably won't even buy online as it's left that much of a sour taste in my mouth.

Country Road has always been one of my favourite fashion retail brands. My favourite store is the Chadstone store then this South Yarra store is also very good.it's always a pleasant shopping experience here and I also find the staff working here to be extremely friendly.the upstairs homewares floor is also a very interesting place to shop at.highly recommended.

The ladies here are absolutely amazing! They are patient with you and will go above and beyond with out making you feel bad

Only down side is. The register line is a bit confusing when it's busy. Better direction/signage is necessary for better a better customer experience. This is on the women's side.

Other than that, great experience for looking for a mothers day present this year

This store has a bigger range and more stock than most of the others. The service is always sensational, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Good sales and lovely clothes but the fact that no staff at all wearing masks and not enforcing Covid distancing was off-putting.

The products speak for themselves as always but so fed much up if I I duck in in trackies and not being said hello to or asked if I need help I shouldn't have to beg to be assisted. Often I leave as it leaves a sour taste in my mouth, even though I have a long and high purchase history!

Giving this a 5 star simply because the staff was proactive, when the particular shop didn’t have a size, the staff printed out a list of shops with the size available and showed it to us on the screen.

I genuinely like the quality of Country Road products. However, the customer service in this particular shop was poor, the retail assistants came across as unaccommodating and unfriendly.
