Cotton On reviews
31Worst customer service, had no interest in helping plus the attitude. I work in customer service, being polite and helpful for 2 minutes defiantly goes a long way.
Haha I walked around here and I think the staff thought I was gonna steal something. Walked out with nothing though. Not a great load of options for dudes but my fellow female homosapiens enjoyed their shopping experience
Absolutely the worst customer service. I stood at the counter to be served for longer than I should have because I was the only one in line. Had 4 staff member around that area and not even one tried to step forward and serve me when they had all literally made eye contact and decided to ignore me.
Such a shame.
I wanted to buy something for a friend but the workers weren't there to help me.might visit again another time when its less busy.
Rude staff and not helpful. The girl working on the Friday afternoon was more interested in chatting to her co worker about her weekend plans than serving or acknowledging customers. Could not believe it.
Staff Friday night is interested in chatting with each others than working from what I've seen. Unlike Uniqlo where you can touch clothes on the shelves freely and staff encourages you to try clothes on, at cotton on, as soon as you touch clothes on shelves, staff will walk right to you and ask you which size you're looking for in a tone that you can tell that they don't want to fold it again so don't touch it. I was going to see what the top looks like and possibly buy it but staff interruption was, to be honest, annoying and made me changed my mind.
Best store ever manager was so beyond helpful along with the people that work with him. Because of them I found the exact size.everything was perfect and they told me about additional discounts I did not know about, impressing.
Big store but not the best Cotton On to go to if you're looking for their larger sizes as they always seem to be sold out.
Super cheap basic clothes that are similar in style to Uniqlo but a lot worse in quality. Their clothes are comfy I guess, but you can do much better then Cotton On.
Helpful and happy staff, they have a wide range of clothing, accessories and shoes, i love all my clothes that i have purchased from here and other cotton on stores.a large layout makes finding everything super easy and quickly.only problem is lines can be a bit long during the afternoon work rush.i love the top i got here
Advertising that keeps u wanting to buy more
