Cotton On

Items were on sale for a good price, bought something for $30. Was able to try it on in the fitting room and it's comfortable. Very nice lady in a hijab helped me at the counter. Only problem, music in here is way too loud!

It's a Cotton On. It's exactly what you expect, fairly pricey for pretty normal and average stuff.

They do, however, have an alright range and a decent variation of colour, so if you're looking for spot colours for an outfit, it's good. Though bring your wallet, it's not cheap.

Super helpful staff that are very kind! Store is always in great condition and displays are very clean.

Friendly and helpful staff even if it is near the closing time. They never hesitate to help you find a size or sth you need. Impressive!

Apart from that, the new NBA collab is amazing! Such great quality and what’s make it better is the price, so much cheaper than culture kings and the quality is also so much better.

Lots of varieties in mens, women & kids garments collection at very reasonable rates. Also collection of purse, woolen clothes are good. Worth visiting.

Some employees where helpful however no one asked you in the store if you were looking for something like most stores do

Good decent cloths, in side the Melbourne Central shopping mall. When compared to the other shops inside central, prices are okayish

Made online order on Nov 26. STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCT
First attempt at delivery the driver rang and it was discovered that he had incorrect address. I gave him rthe correct one. Next day I was texted that my delivery had arrived - no! I drove to the wrong address but they hadn't recived it either.
Rang customer service, provided my order number and explained what happened. I was told that I would be contacted. NOTHING! Rang again only to be told that they were so inundated with calls they couldn't cope. STILL NOTHING! I won't be buying anything online from this company in future.

4 Sept place click and collect online.
4 Sept notified the order is accepted.
15 Sept try through every channel to get an update and get automated responses say orders are delayed.
22 sept go by store, send another email, go on chat again

Turns out my order was cancelled on the 17th as they closed the stores. No notification no responses to multiple emails when i asked for a phone number i got ghe same auto response. I was kind of excited, now i regret ever trying to shop with them. Seriously it took 2 weeks to decide to cancel my order and not alert me? I wish i could have just been advised so i could change to delivery, or buy somewhere else. I only shopped through your store cause i figured it was faster than online

Light and open. Very typical Cotton On shop.
Security guard was friendly.
Clothes are nicely organised, staff are fine.

Great value for money as well as variety and excellent quality products. This place is a necessity for all my wardrobe and accessory needs.

There is WAY too much stuff on each of the rails. Clothes on the floor everything is a mess. No service - there are never enough staff on. Won't be going back.

If you just want to dash in and out, forget about this place. All I want was to pay for the shirt and run to catch my train, but the cashier kept trying to up sale me reusable bags and donating money. Even after I explicitly said I am in a rush.
Staff really need retraining on when is appropriate to badger someone to buy extra items. Definitely won’t be coming back to this specific Cotton On store.

Covid limits on ship capacity is not as visible as other retailers in the centre. No clear entry or exit and only one hand sanitiser station at the front of the store, causing everyone to use the one side to enter and exit. This alone turned me off from entering the store, despite the nice looking shirts on the male mannequins.

Can I suggest you make your signage more visible and create an entry and exit to the store, as well as having sanitiser at both the entrance/exit and the pos.

Staff really friendly, except sadly too busy wanting to chat than remove the security tags from clothes. Bit more attention to detail would be nice, as I've now been told by Cotton On customer service online they cant help and I need to drive a 6 hour round trip back to the store. Useless!

I hoped a bit more helpful staff. It's almost similar to Zara. Store attendants don't have much time to help out.
