Some prices are worth it if you care about brands, you can save a bit. Two staff members were incredibly rude to the point where I felt belittled. Food is yum though

Lots of good stuff that I didn't know I needed. I always spend twice what I had intended.

The worst service and they are very poor. The employees are very rude and rude and they cancel our membership card and put the money in their pockets and say that you canceled your membership card and took the money in cash, while no other company They don't give cash without a receipt, and when I asked you to prove it or give me a receipt, they made a lot of excuses and said that we will take care of your problem, and they still haven't taken care of it. When I call, they don't speak correctly and waste my time every time. This happened to me and my friends and I will definitely file a complaint

Worst experience when dealing with the manager at the TYRE Centre Costco Moorabbin, that Indian looking manager, constantly interrupting, always picking up the less important points in the conversation to avoid providing any help when he clearly understand your concerns, word playing, poorest manner, the other young fellas were great, the manager was a hole, very bad experience, will avoid that guy next time, problem didn't get solved at the end.

Warehouse is generally busier than Costco in Ringwood, however warehouse is smaller, very crowded, very hard to move around, especially with big trollies everywhere. Other than that, no issues

They are screaming about the tyres that sell here. They mention that tyres will last up to 50k but only last for 20k.

Memberships does a lot when you’re buying in bulk. Most of the items are cheaper than other shops.

Had lots of bulk items and big and most of them is cheaper than buying at the supermarket where have to decide can finish it off or share it with a friend/s or families members as it is very big quantity and can sample some delicious foods and drinks if you are lucky that day or night or evening the afternoon.but have to be a member to get in here.beside that the hot dog and unlimited drink is still $1.99 which is a bargain after shopping is worth eating it.not to mention it that the pizza is huge.

Disappointed. Purchased a large pork roast on the 30.06.23 with the best before date of 20.7.23. Went to cook it on the 9.07.23 and the meat was off. Called Costco and we had to take the meat into the store we purchased it from. This was not achievable for us. Long story short if you’re not eating it as soo. As possible freeze it. Otherwise fantastic store with great prices and products

Regular at Cosco. Love it, and the service is great with the exception of the tyre centre. My wife called today, guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I listened in the background, and he could have not had a more of a careless attitude.
My wife was far too nice and just hung up the call, im me incenced so I came to write ths review.
We called a local tyre centre and was able to book in tomorrow and save over $100 on the same tyres.
Do yourself a favour and shop for your tyres elsewhere.

Affordable price, saves $75 on a new tire and they did it straight away. You need a Costco membership to use.

When I went to change the tire, your employee said he was very busy and could only change the tire for us, he couldn't take off the spare tire and put it on for us, but told us to take the tire home and put it on ourselves! Is this the kind of treatment I deserve as a customer after spending money? I have never met a tire replacement without help to install the new tire on the car! I hope you take this matter seriously! Thank you!

I had to wait a month for the tyres. On the day there were no reminders to confirm the time. I called to confirm at 2.45 thinking it was at 3.30 but it was apparently at 2.30. Didn't argue that but they gave me the next slot another month after. That too with a rude tone. If a customer misses an appointment it apparently gives them the right to be rude. Then it gives the customer the right to seek a refund. 2 months for a tyre change. No thanks.

Very poor service.bought a tyre to replace a punctured tire. They did not even fit it to my car. Used to provide good service but a new employee in charge who face the customers is making this centre tyre bad.

Good priced tyres with quick service. 4 replacement tyres took 45 minutes. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment though.

Awesome place, no complaints with products. Clear and wide isles. The eating space could use a little work. Loses points for the maze of parking that is.

Good service, friendly and justice staff. I am very grateful to an Asian staff who is in charge of the cashier for his righteous actions. I am sorry that I did not remember his name, but I only remember that it starts with the letter K. Thanks to him, he bravely fought back on the racist remarks.

I like this Costco but we don't go for savings as it's no cheaper than going to Aldi. The food variety and quality is great though.

If I could leave a 0 I would. We were treated so poorly by the staff today. The lady at the entrance was extremely rude and dismissive towards me and my partner.
