This is the scond time we have purchased blinds from this company. We are very happy with the quality and look of both the sheers and block out blinds. A problem after installation was attended to and fixed to our satisfaction.

Never again.
The blinds had weak chains & cheap plastic wheels.
The main blind was stuck in the open position. This delayed our ability to let the place out to guests.

The office staff were rude & dismissive. I rung several times but they refused to take any action. I presume they are family members without any 'real world' accountability.

Eventually I rung their installation man direct on his mobile.
He was clearly overworked but had a different attitude to the rest of them. He went above & beyond the call to rectify our problems.

With the exception of the installation guy, I found these people to be dodgey, and uncaring, and their products to be inferior.

We were just looking at our two awnings this morning and commenting on how pleased we are with them. We bought a 3.7m mesh awning for a large, north facing family room window which made such a huge difference to the inside temperature we then placed a second on our lounge room window. Robert was extremely helpful and the whole experience from choosing to fitting was a breeze. We were worried we would have a join in our large awning but the factory were able to manufacture our the blind without the join - soooo much better.
This is a little late as we purchased our blinds two years ago but good service still needs to be recognised.
