The previous owners of our house installed oldschool zebra blinds in our main loungeroom, which sadly allowed in an abundance of light and heat. In addition, our television had a continuous annoying sunglare.
Fiona and Nick installed beautiful blockout blinds for us throughout this main room, and it instantly transformed our home. It has reduced light and heat, was a quick process and very cost effective for good quality. We will be using them for our future blinds and curtains, and couldn't recommend a better company. We are very happy

Horrible place rob is your typical smart mouthed wog horrible blinds horrible workmanship ive had nothing but trouble with these blinds since i first got them almost 2 years ago it took over a year for them to come out to fix them they still havnt fixed it rob the dog told me he wasnt going to replace the damaged curtains his dopey little monkey worker micheal has wrecked trying to fix the faulty blinds that they put up do not go to this place stay away

The most competitive quote and excellent installation by (Michael) made for a great experience dealing with Cost Less Blinds.

Had my roller blinds, that included dual sheer ones, installed. Unfortunately, I had no idea the gaps on the sides would be so big, about 2 inches. This lets too much heat and light through. I called to ask for solutions and they suggested meeting and discussing the issue and see how we could work together to get a positive outcome. After measuring and analyzing the windows Roberto worked out some ways to minimize the gaps. I really appreciate the time and effort they made to improve my situation and for this reason I am giving 5 stars. I hope the solutions work out, Will keep you posted ;)

Cost Less Decor Blinds has been our go to window furnishings service for over 20 years and we have always been provided with great quality and service from team at every visit!

Such a wonderful family business. It was a delight to work with Fiona to choose the best blind options for my apartment. She was efficient in measuring the window space and went through different materials and blind accessories with me. The price was unbeatable and considering how busy they were with a back log of orders, the blinds were installed in record timing. I am very pleased with the finished product, thank you.

Amending my original post and rating as we have been contacted now and almost all our outstanding items have now been delivered and it appears to have been a phone issue during lockdown due to covid. A much better outcome similar to our really positive initial experience at the start of of purchase, thankyou Robert for reaching out and following up personally.

Really, really poor experience, the sales person Luke who came out initially was great however once we had blinds installed one was too big and had to go back for resizing and one set of blinds was not fitted. They have since ghosted us not returning any phone calls or after many repeated attempts to contact. We are still without 1 large blind which is really needed in a bedroom and 1 in a bathroom.

Recently had my new home installed with shutters / dual roller blinds and couldn't be happier with the end result. Cheapest out off all the quotes I got and quality is amazing, great after service too! 10/10!
