The nurses, receptionists and dermal clinicians are all so kind and gentle and helpful. Coco Ruby just feels like coming home.

The patient care I received was amazing from start to finish. The staff at the clinic are so lovely, friendly and attentive which really helped to ease my nerves.

I am so happy I got this surgery done. I had consultations at two practices and ended up booking with Coco Ruby. The first practice felt a bit clinical - I was brought in, immediately told to strip off and get photos taken before waiting another 45minutes to talk to a Doctor. Coco Ruby was completely different - I was offered a cup of coffee, sat down with someone to talk about myself and the surgery, before getting photos taken and meeting the Doctor. It was a lovely experience and helped calm my nerves.

Throughout the whole process Dr Rubenstein and his team were wonderful. They took real care to discuss any of my concerns and guide me through the journey. Covid obviously brought a range of issues and my surgery was delayed, there was some issues with staff- but luckily we were able to get it in before Christmas. Even with all the issues, Dr Craig was really apologetic, he and the team did everything to help me before, during and after the surgery.

Truly exception service. I came away feeling special and the workmanship and ethics of Coco Ruby far surpassed my expectations.

If you are nervous about jumping into the world of Botox and Fillers, Sandra is the woman for you. She is all about natural enhancement and understood I didn’t want the plumped up look, others may go for. No upselling, no false promises and no jumping in the deep-end on the first visit. It’s pricey but you absolutely get value for money. I have been twice now and will stick with Sandra who was highly recommended in the first instance.

So my daughter decided she wanted to get a breast reduction and my first feeling was anxiety. How will we find the best surgon whom we trust I thought. After an extensive research, we found Dr Craig Rubinstein and set up a consult. Dr. Rubinstein couldn’t have been more patient with my reservation and anxiety for my daughter to go through this procedure. So happened to be that surgery fell on one of many Victoria’s lockdown and I wasn’t able to accompany nor be there after the procedure to hold my daughter’s hand but Dr. Rubinstein WAS! He was there with her when she woke up and even rang me to reassure and let me speak to her which was a godsend. I recently saw Dr Rubenstein at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery for a breast reduction. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel special and important. All my questions were answered in great detail over a lovely cappuccino. I then met Dr Rubenstein who took the time to sit with me and my husband explaining the whole procedure and what to expect post surgery. The surgery went extremely well and I am so happy with the result. After the procedure my care continued with follow up appointments, scar revision, light therapy, supporting underwear and much more. Applied for a job at this place and was quite disgusted on learning that my name was mentioned in an interview with Chloe. Very inappropriate but knock yourself out with your new employee. Wouldn't touch this place and was warned about management and high staff turn over.
