Not only is he incredibly talented but he is caring and dedicated and an absolute perfectionist in his work.
Never once has he complained when I have contacted him out of hours with questions or concerns and always makes time for his patients.
I’m just so impressed with the whole team.
Nurses, reception and surgeons all the absolute best in every way.
I would not go anywhere else.

From the very first communication I felt valued and understood. Dr Craig Rubinstein and his staff are professional and respectful. He strives for the very best results for all his clients. I had a ETT and MR in July 22 and have just had more liposuction and a slight scar revision.

In a nutshell no support and false promises, I would leave a no star review if it was possible, Everything started well with cocoruby my surgeon was fantastic but once my surgeon left the practice, cocoruby was rude and unprofessional. I selected cocoruby as they promised to provide me with complete package with no hidden fees starting from the surgery to the scar treatments until needed, I also signed a contract with cocoruby stating that.

Having breast reduction surgery was a medical recommendation by my doctor and was a big decision, I wanted to feel supported and trusting with my life basically, I had 2 scar treatments and once my surgeon left the practice my next appointment was cancelled without notice and I received a very unprofessional email saying here is the surgeon’s personal mobile number you sort out your scar treatments with her you as you are no longer our problem whoever we can work out a cheaper rate if you wish to use us for any further scar treatments.

This to me is basically greed as the treatments would only cost cocoruby a few dollars out of pocket as the machines and equipment are on the premises and cost me hundreds also seems extremely childish and spiteful to the surgeon, I have been in contact with cocoruby and they basically don’t want to take responsibility and eventually ghosted me, you need to honour contracts for the people who paid you!

I recently had a belt lipectomy with Dr Briggs after many years of procrastinating about doing it. I am just so happy with my decision to go with Dr Briggs and even happier with my results.
In addition to this, I would have to say that the before and in particular the aftercare have just been amazing. The nursing staff have been absolutely wonderful, very caring and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a cosmetic surgery procedure.

I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to coco ruby, as my experience for having my breast reduction both before during and after was excellent, i was comfortable at all times and the surgeon has fantantic bedside manner, also all staff and nurses treat you with utmost respect and privacy.

As someone who gets anxiety around doctors/surgeons, i can honestly say that the experience I have had with Dr. Snell from Coco Ruby from start to finish was incredible.

From the initial consult, you are treated with genuine care and respect, and you are not kept waiting (they run like clockwork). Dr. Snell took the time to really understand what I wanted, my concerns and why I wanted the procedure. At no point did I ever feel rushed or that I had asked too many questions.

On the day of my procedure, Dr. Snell made me feel at ease and ensured the relevant people were contacted to let them know of the success. Additionally, the post-op consults that I had at certain points were extremely thorough, the nurses were so happy for my happiness, it was a really nice feeling.

I cannot recommend Coco Ruby and Dr. Snell enough. You honestly get a level of service and care that I have never experienced anywhere else.

Extremely professional service and an excellent result that looks very natural. Couldn’t be happier. In an industry where trust is low, Coco Ruby is a standout.

My daughter recently had a breast reduction and lift by the amazing Dr Rebecca Wyten.

Due to my daughters age, we did our research and met with three surgeons to get their opinions. We were surprised at the number of ways/techniques for such surgery. But we walked out of our first very comprehensive appointment with Dr Wyten and my daughter turned to me and said ‘she’s the one Mum’. That’s all I needed to hear.

Dr Wyten and her assistant Brooke were extremely thorough, caring, empathetic and made my daughter and I extremely comfortable. Due to my daughters age, she insisted on a 3-month cooling off period and that we spoke to a councillor before surgery. A massive operation, Dr Wyten went above and beyond both pre- and post-surgery. We feel the chest block and new recovery dressings (suction dressing I can’t remember the name of) she is trialling were game changes.

All this wouldn’t be possible without the amazing team on level 3 at St John of God in Berwick. The nursing team were outstanding, so reassuring and caring to both my daughter and I during our two-night stay. Added bonus, the food was also great!

We are now 6 weeks post-surgery and the results are absolutely amazing. For the first time in my daughter’s teen life, she can buy clothes and bathers the fit her and are suitable for her age. She is now comfortably exercising again and has a new found confidence and drive.

I want to thank Dr Wyten and her team from the bottom of my heart for making my daughter so happy. But most of all, I want to thank her for giving my daughter a new found love for her body again.

We highly recommend Dr Rebecca Wyten and her surgical team.

Dr. Briggs, and the coco Ruby nurses and team were amazing. I needed an explant surgery and Dr. Briggs was my original plastic surgeon for my implant surgery which he was also amazing with. When I ended up needing an explant, he was able to get me in straight away for this and handled it with such precision and care. I felt so safe and cared for. My experience at Coco Ruby and with Dr. Briggs has been wonderful so far. From the start to still being attended to, the staff have been so friendly and attentive which really makes it a lovely experience and the clinic is so calming and comfortable to be in which helps settle the nerves.

Dr Briggs is fantastic. A very calming and knowledgeable man with years and years of experience. He was able to answer all my questions which gave me the confidence to follow through with my procedure knowing I was in very experienced and capable hands. I also had the pleasure of having Dr Rubinstein attend to me on an occasion and he was just as caring and wonderful looking after me.

I am now 4 months post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Although a painful experience at the start, the staff constantly kept in touch to make sure I was doing ok and whenever I needed assistance, they were right there making sure I received it right away.

I would highly recommend both Coco Ruby and Dr Briggs

Perhaps this place is ok if you're looking for a cosmetic enhancement, but if you're looking for somebody who listens to what you require, this is definitely not the place.

4 months ago my surgery was done by Dr Richard Sackelariou to remove my breast implants that were put in by another surgeon overseas. Throughout the whole process, Dr Sackelariou was extremely professional and friendly. Everything went excellent with my surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

The care that I received from my surgeon Dr Sackelariou, patient liaison Donna and the other staff at Coco Ruby has been amazing and extremely comforting.

From the moment I had my first consult to the last I experienced nothing short of excellence from Dr Richard Sacleariou and Donna. My first consult was undertaken by Richard with seamless attention to my wants, needs and overall outcome. I sought out Dr S for a facelift and eyelift and I couldn’t be more pleased. I look 10 years younger and my procedure healed within 2 weeks. Donna was also very instrumental in the overall outcome with her knowledge and speedy correspondence with everything from general questions, the procedure to financial guidance. Do yourself a favour and see Dr Sacklarou, he is a master of his craft.

I will admit that during the consultation the girls were lovely. And I've never had any issues with the receptionist, especially Chrissy was absolutely beautiful so kind and was so happy to help with anything at any time However, Brooke was meant to give me a call a week after my consultation which she never did, I tried getting in touch with her and kept hearing she was left msgs and was going to call me but nvr did. I ended up making a second consultation only to need to reschedule it to hear that my consultation had already been cancelled and was told that my dr "wasn't proceeding with my surgery and couldn't help me" I was absolutely devastated and requested a call back from Brooke to explain why. Of course. I never got a call back and don't expect to get one.

My surgeon was Dr Patrick Briggs, initially going in I was unsure of what I wanted, but he gave me time to think & told me to not rush into anything, which I appreciate because had I rushed I would have chosen the wrong procedure for me. All my questions were answered and I felt very looked after and as though I was in good hands. The results of the surgery turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier, they were exactly what I’d asked for. The recovery period was tough, but I was given plenty of support by the coco Ruby plastic surgery team. I would highly recommend this place whether you know what you want or aren’t too sure, they have a wealth of information and an incredible team!

Absolutely ridiculous to get an appointment with these people I have left 3 messages in a month and the chat line went unanswered, not bothered with them anymore I’ll go elsewhere.
