Correct Accident Repairs (Carnegie)

I was a little apprehensive to bring my car in to get fixed, being a woman and not knowing what I was in for. These guys were great and made me feel comfortable from the start. I was relieved when I saw my car fixed and what a great job they did. Even gave it a clean!

Sent my car in for repair and my front bumper was not fixed correctly and was told to pay extra for the second visit to dix thier own problems. Do not recommend.

My car was repaired from here and am very happy with their work. Very professional and friendly. They completed the repair work within the expected time. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Correct Accident Repairs had my car for one week. I picked up my car on a Friday only to discover that the badge was missing, bumper bar not fitted correctly or sprayed properly, wrong fittings holding the boot liner and between the bumper and the boot there was a gap and the boot was not fitted correctly (gaps)
I had contacted them to make them aware of the problem, I was informed that some one will call me before the end of business. I waited to two days then I contacted my Insurance company, which is Coles Insurance.
I was asked to take my car back, which I did
I had to leave work early to deliver my car and pick up my car and also the travel to the Correct Accident Repair.
My car was repaired correctly the second time.
I have been informed that my time, travel and duress will not be covered, I'm out of pocket because the repairer did not repair my car correctly first time.
The repairer has to own their mistake and not expect others to be financially disadvantaged

I have had my car booked in for an accident repair through my Coles car insurance. I left my car with them on Monday afternoon and they finished the works by Thursday afternoon. I was totally impressed with the time-frame and they also scraped off some of the other scratches which were not part of the claim. Pretty happy with the service. Good work guys.

I had been told by another repairer that they could repair my car in six weeks plus hold it for eight days. Bernie Mac repaired my car that week of inspecting and only held it for three days. Excellent!
