Correct Accident Repairs (Carnegie)

Insurance assigned repairer, I would say they did not fully repair the car, still have some obvious problems not fixed, but they said it's like brand new with no issues after repair. The customer service is good, but not happy with the result of the repair.

The guys at Correct, Murrumbeena took amazing care of our Nissan X-Trail. They went out of their way to touch up a couple of areas that weren't part of our original job and they completed the job perfectly - the car looks great!

My experience with Murray and the crew was fantastic.went from a near Write-off with a broken door to a brand new looking car in 4 days. I'd refer this joint to my friends and family because of the friendliness of the staff, the efficiency, they keep you well informed.the price was fantastic (wasn insured) an Murray even fixed up some niggly things on the hour.

Car was returned & door wouldn't open properly. The guards caught & came off, which means they were not properly aligned when reattached. They fixed the issue the next day. Would not go there unless it was an insurance job.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. The repairs to my Honda CRV were carried out on time and Murray was an absolute gentleman. There was a dent on my bonnet which he had arranged to be fixed despite my saying not to worry and I was not charged for it. I also noted a bit of waxy substance on the bonnet after the repair (done by a third party) Murray arranged for this to be buffed off at no charge. I am a very happy customer of Correct Accident repairs.

I took a friend there to collect her belongings from her smashed car that was a write off. While i was there i asked for a quote to fix the bumper on my car that i had accidently recently ripped half off. One of the guys there, sorry i didnt get your name, showed me how I could fix it myself & save my $. I was very appreciative not only of his advice but the convenience of knowing how to fix it myself. Then, while i was helping my friend gather her things from her car, unbeknown to me, he had fixed my bumper. Was such a surprise & i was most grateful.
Not only were they very helpful & communicative with my friend & her situation they were very pleasant & all round nice guys.

Disgusting, dishonest, shoddy work! My car was hit from behind and I took my car here a while ago as directed by Youi insurance. They seemed to repair the side rear panels ok as it looked all neat and tidy from the outside but you never really know what work has been done under the panels. Sometime later after taking it to a mechanic to do work on that part of the car we found these a@#%holes had drilled a hole through my fuel tank! Not only that, they thought they'd hide the hole in the fuel tank by putting a screw in it! This not only shows how badly they do their work but how dishonest they are and the lack of courage they have to not own up to such an incredible stuff up! In short, shoddy, disgusting work and cowards! Considering their lack of integrity they'll probably deny this account and make other nonsense statements in response. Before you even consider believing such a response, my mechanic straight away knew it was a body repairer who drilled into the fuel tank and within a couple of days Youi agreed it was these degenerates that drilled into my fuel tank. I spoke with the Youi investigator about his observations and assessment and he was in no doubt it was these degenerates that drilled into my fuel tank. Youi even paid for my time investigating this matter, which I'm sure they don't ordinarily do - a testament to how serious they considered this matter no doubt. Being gutless and not informing me of their shoddy work put my young family jeopardy! Fumes from the hole could have ignited at any time, including when I had my family in the car! Am furious at these degenerate morons! Based on my experience go to anyone but these scum of the Earth dishonest operators!

I was bringing my car for repair after my girlfriend had smashed the front. Service was horrid. When asking for part prices as well as a detailed pricing of labor etc I was promptly told that I was wasting his time and needed to F*** off and repair the car myself.
