Great gym, pool, spa, sauna and Steam room. I love the fact they also have a Massage/Beauty treatment are. Absolutely love the Salt Therapy room, so relaxing and I could definitely tell the difference with my asthma after only being in there for 45 minutes. Very friendly staff as well

First time becoming a full member of a gym, at 53 years old would I be too old?
Core24 staff make you feel very comfortable and supportive.
Many glass options to suit all.
Spin class is excellent, the instructors communicate the whole way through whilst challenging yourself. If you miss a booked time slot you can have your own virtual RPM session.

Came here and had the worst gym experience possible. Equipment (Racks, bars, seats, floors) are all filthy and the staff is just plain helpless. Absolutely never coming back.

I not usually a fan of gyms but feel really comfortable and enjoy time out to myself while at Core. I have enjoyed the convenience of 24/7 access to all their different gym locations, staff are really friendly and I love the reformer pilates, gym areas and relaxing spaces like the massage chairs and salt therapy rooms.

I have been coming to this gym for the last three months and I have found all the staff amazing and so encouraging. Suzanne the manager from day one has been so kind to me and welcoming. Great gym

The staff at Core 24 Frankston are incredibly welcoming and engaging, while professional and knowledgeable. Joining just a couple of days ago has been the best thing I’ve done in a long time. It’s wonderful to have their support to ensure that I have a wonderful lifestyle and they are committed to make sure I create a productive routine in order to achieve my health & fitness goals.

This is the best gym in Melbourne.

I’ve been a member of this gym for years, and I always recommend it to people, the team are always friendly and amazing and the options it offers are second to none. Recently I’ve taken my fitness journey to the next level with the help of a few special team members, a massive shout out and thanks to Suzzanne, Siobhan and Chenai, they have helped me gain fitness, nutrition knowledge and helped me stay motivated. Couldn’t have come this far without them! I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Terrible gym, they just want money and will still take it once you’ve finish your membership. Save yourself from frustration and sign up to any other gym.

Cancelling membership is made really hard and they do not honour their policy of 28 days notice. Go back to accounting school please.

My wife cancelled her membership because Core Frankston started charging a maintenance fee. The process for cancelling membership is made harder due to their non communicative attitude. Jo is especially unelpful. She enjoyed the classes but not fussed on the management

CORE24 in frankston has been the best decision in my life. I was diagnostic with diabetes type 2, being overweight and depressed. I join to this gym and everyone there has been lovely and helpful. I decided to do a 6 weeks challenge and thanks to the support that I get in there I reverse the diabetes and start feeling better and better. All the classes there are amazing with excellent instructors. And I don’t have words to describe how amazing all the staff are and how they help with my journey. I’m so happy to be motivate to keep going and continue with my journey in this gym.

Policies have changed since I first joined up February 2022. This gym now asks Support Workers to pay $15 for an Aqua class even if you hold a companion card. You can’t book SW through app and when you call to book they ask for payment over the phone! Perhaps if the owner focused on many maintenance repairs required I wouldn’t mind so much. No hot water in ladies showers in Frankston gym for over 3 weeks, pool area smells of urine plus the elevator doesn’t always work! Mornington gym has bolt missing from hand rail on pool entry, there is always a lack of pool dumb bells/noodles for members and many need replacing.
If it wasn’t for the great Aqua instructors and classes fitting in with myself and my sw’s I would definitely be finding another gym.

I should have known better. From my first visit, the service was sketchy. They didn't remember I had an appointment to view their facilities. The woman attending me seemed very disinterested and passed me off to someone else. I still joined because of its proximity to my home, it's prevalence in my area, the classes they offered (at an additional cost), and it's large facilities with a pool. However, most classes they offered in the brochure were at different Core24 locations. The equipment was also old and dirty and my favourite machine disappeared inexplicably for months. They require 4 weeks WRITTEN notice to cancel your contract and when I called weeks in advance to ask about it, I was never told this. Instead, I waited to cancel, and when I did I was told I would be paying after the end date of my contract. I do understand that this is policy with many gym memberships, however, I do not appreciate the fact that when I called (which was definitely in advance of 4 weeks from my contract rolling over), I was not notified of this.

VERDICT: The standard membership is overpriced. The service and facilities are not worth the money.

The staff were very friendly and Tahlia was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the place too after i bombarded her with questions. Pretty good facility, has a lot of variety and something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding customer service from the front counter team! They made my partner and I visit one to surely be remembered! Maddy the blonde girl is an upstanding employee who knows her role through and through! She was helpful humble and easy approachable and full of knowledge of all the services provided by the establishment as well as her co worker Rob who is incredibly passionate about health and fitness surely not staff to be overlooked or under appreciated! Keep on keeping on team y'all are doing great! Look forward to many visits with the front desks team smiles in our direction

This gym has great facilities and a wide range of classes. I love going there to work out and reward myself afterwards with the massage chairs. The only downside is the morning classes are at inconvenient times and therefore I am unable to go before work. If more classes were scheduled between 7AM - 9AM, it would be quite helpful to most members.
