Coolaroo Hotel

The perfect venue for our engagement party! The staff were very lovely and accomodating and made the whole process really easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better night, our guests had the best time and the food was amazing.

We had Our daughter’s Communion in The Hotels function room, everything was great.

Thank you to the staff Nicole, Carmel, paul & Sahil were great & worked with us in enabling this function to go ahead. Thank you the wait staff as well. Was a great night!

Average food and very slow service. Meals mixed up and children left waiting until last for meals. Waited over an hour.

Absolutely first class service! Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. The venue looked amazing and the food was delicious! All of the 150 guests who attended my wedding absolutely loved it. I can't Thank the staff enough who helped make our special day memorable.

Have stayed a couple of times now, and will again in the future, besides the mattress being to firm for my back everything else was excellent, very happy.

Great day in the bar Thurday. Awesome steak and chips would highly recommend and also backed couple winners. Need to mention Great service from the barman Daz who doesn't mind telling a joke or 2 i will definitely be back

Would never go back here.i seen 3 Drug deals going down in the carparkin the first 10 minutes standing ithere while waiting on reception.nowhere safe to leave your car.room was not to bad.outside is not a safe area.

This hotel is in a casino. The desk is not staffed full time.you have to find someone in the casino to check in. Thankfully, the room was clean. For the price we expected the outside to be in better shape- very worn. We will not use this brand again. Very disappointing.

Nice cosy venue, great food, perfect to bring kids as it has a playground/games room with PlayStation which has always gone down a treat with the kids in my family!

Fantastic lil establishment, friendly staff, great food, kid friendly the play area was great! Lovely staff, that go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Rooms are very clean, and very comfortable. Cleaning girls are quick and efficient. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Stacey, who joined me up as a Montys member for discounted counter meal one night, and found me a microwave immediately upon request the next. Top service, and I would definitely recommend to others.

Good meal even though we waitexa very long tine for desert, used plates cwere not cleared for nearly 1/2 hr then the desert icecream was melted by the time it was served, busy for Christmas lunch, sure, but none the less disappointing We usually get better. Perhaps it's just a one off. I hope so.

Went there for first and last time this evening.
Went there before 8.00 pm on my way home.
Ordered a pot of VB & the $8 Parma.
Then waited. And waited. And when the bistro was down to me and 2 people being served dessert at 8.50, I asked to cancel the order and left

Terrible service, chicken came out raw after a 50min wait, beer was flat highly understaffed won't be back

Had a wonderful stay at Coolaroo Hotel with my wife to attend the Neil Diamond Show. What a night! The singer/songwriter Craig Stewart did not disappoint, with a awesome performance, thank you Craig and staff and management for a memorable night. We stayed the night. Spotless room. Lovely breakfast pack. All the staff very friendly. Please come and checkout this venue, you wont be disappointed. We will be back! Thanks again everyone. Just one thing, our time there went too quick. Marie and Geoff, Berwick.

Great family friendly place to stay very clean and convenient would recommend this place to stay.

Great service. 24 x 7 friendly staff allowed late night check in. Late night snacks freshly made toasted sandwiches yum. The aircon is not intrusive room is cool, despite hot weather.nice pillow.zzzzz

Stay 2 nights room was never cleaned whole time. 4 off us staying but only 2 towels. Meals at hotel was ok friday night explain the king prawn chicken avocado only had 3 prawn on top. Was a rip off. Saturday night meals was horrible. One of the bar staff she was very rude

Food- large portions, great counter meals.
