Coolaroo Hotel

The meals were great. Tia was super friendly. Very reasonable priced meals and there is a kids play area to keep them entertained.

I used play pokies at Coolaroo Hotel, years ago, then stopped. Recently, I decided to go for some fun, but I caught COVID from going there! They don’t wipe down the machines and the staff don’t sanitise their hands anymore! I’ve been sick of 14 days.and I know it’s them because I usually self isolate to be safe. All I wanted was a day out! Instead I got sick! Ruined my Christmas and new years! Clean up your place! You need to go and spray the machines and wipe them. Tell your staff not to laugh and cough over our coffees!

Great food, nice and relaxing atmosphere, well presented hotel. Tas was very helpful in serving us today. Will definitely be back.

My husband & i have been regular customers over the years we have enjoyed our meals as well, tonight 14th Jan we enjoyed our meal then went to play the pokies, after being in the venue for a hour a staff member asked my husband to remove his small rim hat due to security cameras, I get that but what she didn't know is that my husband has cancer & is undergoing chemotherapy & feels uncomfortable going out as he has lost his hair due to his treatment, I think questions should be asked before embarrassing people

First time eating here very pleased with service, food and atmosphere. Great sized
meals very tasty and clean restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and inviting. All meals were enjoyable and hot when we received. Kids also loved the playground and their food.

The place has been there before I can remember. But remember going here when I was a kid for the dinner and now put 25to30 year since then I still go there now for the food and the pokies ever now and a gene and the good stuff to

Food quality varies from really great to ‘ehhh’. Establishment is outdated. It’s had renovation after renovation over the years but still looks a little shoddy. The playground is not enclosed so it can get extremely noisy if there are some shriek-y kids in there. Staff are always really lovely and attentive. Everything is pretty affordable and portion sizes are pretty good.

I was traveling for business, this place was perfectly located and the staff were super helpful. Melissa made an extra effort to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay.

Had family dinner- great service from Loni who assistance us- great smile & made sure everything was ok

The kids and I always enjoy coming here.we have been coming for over 6 years. Loni is very accommodating and she is the best.keep up the good work

I play poker on Thursday nights and Mel from sports bar is absolutely friendly, pleasant and always smiling

I always come here for poker and the beer is always ice cold and cheap Melissa looks after us on a Thursday, she’s always so lovely and friendly!

Great place to catch-up with friends & associates, if you are in Campbellfield. As the team at the Coolaroo Hotel will go out of their way to make you comfortable. We turned up after a long day around 4pm, had no lunch, Kitchen was closed, however, they fed us with something. Great Customer Service.

Got there at 1 am to do check in
Very bad experience staff have to fill the paper and already did it online, gave me wrong key for wrong room and I have to try to open the door and someone was inside and I was going to be in trouble, so had to go back and start looking for the guy in service reception and try to fix the problem that was annoying to start with this night, my booking was for 4 nights
From Saturday to Wednesday morning
out of sudden I went out Tuesday morning early to meet some friends, and when I came back I the key was out of service didn’t work to open the door,
And I went the reception to fix the problem
They said your booking was finished 10 am this morning, and you are not allowed to stay in the room and all my stuff is inside
After awhile with silly conversation with unprofessional staff I proofed them my booking on paper and how much that I have paid,
they said all right we will take you money back cause the room it’s been booked by someone else was mistake form there system
And I said take Whole my money back I will find another place otherwise activate the key and let me back the room and you figure it out with another customer
Was very bad situation to be with and deal with unprofessional people
Wasn’t cheap close to 700$ for 4 nights with no any meal or laundry including just all kind stupidly things
Not recommended never ever

The Pokies area is run by fat white women, who serve customers from different cultural backgrounds in a condescending way.

I went there for lunch in the sports bar and ordered the chicken Parma. It would almost be the best Parma I’ve ever had. Also, I was served by the most lovely waitress, very friendly!
