Thanks Vikram for fixing my problem this am with installing ad blocker. You spent several minutes and even advising me on another issue and wouldn't charge me. All I can say is the guys here are genuinely helpful and not all about money, money, money. So refreshing in this day and age.

Some of the worst service i have ever received, needed to call back multiple times, didn't even start fixing my laptop until about 4 days after i dropped it in, needed to check back in multiple times AFTER that, and i only got my hard drive back a week after i put it in with a simple issue because i decided to come in on a Saturday on the chance that someone might be there. Go somewhere else.

Lovely people, great service! I went in there with my laptop which had been playing up and when we started it up it was working fine. The gentleman proceeded to help me for about 20 minutes with a bunch of other questions I had and showed me how to use an old hard drive I didn't know what to do with and even helped me to download a program to clear space from my computer. He was super friendly and very patient with all my naive questions. They didn't charge me and said goodbye all smiles.
