My laptop started having BIOS and hard drive issues at a very hectic period of uni and I brought it to Antonio. He was extremely helpful and got back to me in less than a day. Their work site is highly organised and I found Antonio to be very reliable and friendly. This is going to be my go to place for hardware repairs and upgrades in the future.

Very Professional. I needed to see my client in Melbourne and discovered a battery problem with my HP Envy 13. My laptop was checked and the replacement battery ordered and installed within a few hours. Antonio and staff were very helpful and understood my urgency. Highly recommend.

I got my hard disk upgraded from this company about 7 months ago.
They made spelling mistake on my profile name. Chased up with them few times to rectify. No response from them.

Later raised a support request as asked by the support representative. No one bothered to call me up. Eventually they said that I need to drop my laptop and they can fix the profile for me in half a day. Dropped my laptop just after 9 am. By 4 30 pm no work was done.

Then they rushed up and created a separate profile, rather than fixing the spelling mistake on original.

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. Appalling service!

Approachable staff. They communicate well and do there job properly. They fixed my laptop in one day only, then came back to pick it up. Thumbs up to all you guys.

Needed my laptop keyboard fixed before Christmas. Delivered my laptop to Antonio Cespedes on 23/12 at 10: 00 am and picked it up on Chritsmas Eve at 9: 30am. Outstanding service.
