Condello's Shoe Repairs

Generally helpful staff unless it is busy. A small-ish family owned business that has been in the centre for many years. Usual services of key cutting and shoe repair on offer as well as car remote battery changing etc.

Recently got an engraving job on some precision equipment - quite fiddly, yet it was all completed in less than a week and for great value for money. Service was excellent with the staff fully understanding what was needed and they even rang to double check when doing the job.

Went to get a button repaired on my Casio but they said in a very rushed and curt manner "we don't fix buttons. " They could have at least given me some advice on what to do next. Anyway, it was somewhat of a blessing in disguise as I went home and repaired the watch myself for free!

I've been taking my shoes to Condello's for years. Service is always great, prices are reasonable (really, if you've paid $200+ for shoes, $60 to extend their life is a good investment), and their turnaround time is excellent. They're a great part of Brunswick and I hope they never go away.

2 keys cut in 10 minutes. Absolutely adored the keys, they were so well done I wept when they slid in the door knob. Thanks

Very rude and unwilling to fix a perfectly good pair of shoes that were barely 6 months old. I told them these are good quality leather and they said "thats what they all say". The cheek!

Whenever I go there, I feel very well looked after. In almost five years Iam here, I havent had a bad experience at all and I didnt hear of anyone who did.

Really rude people. Not helpful or knowledgeable about shoes, woman didn't know what a gusset boot was, terrible don't go here ever!

I took my watch band here to get it shortened. They tried and failed. I went home and, after resharpening the (very small) screwdriver the watch came with, did it myself.

On the positive side, they have a good range of shoelaces which appear to be of decent quality.
