With a short timeframe I brought in old laptop that I wanted to take on holiday. Michael took his time to look at it, trying different parts to see if it would help, however it turned out to be obsolete. Michael then proceeded to suggest several options that might work for me, which was really helpful. In the end there was nothing he could do for my obsolete computer but he really knows his stuff and I would be more than happy to return to him in future.

Michael went above and beyond to rescue the data from a very damaged but extremely valuable external hard drive. He continually provided progress updates and made sure the work was completed quickly. I would absolutely recommend him as the best in Melbourne (and I've tried a few).

Went to Michael yesterday explaining that I couldn't recover a lot of data off of my hard drive. After seeing that the hard drive wasn't being recognised on the computer, Michael offered to fix it, but I conceded that I wasn't worth it as I didn't really need the data myself. However, after him even admitting that he didn't need to do the job, decided to walk away from it and do it myself. With his advice the data is slowly starting to be recognised by myself. Would 100% recommend Michael as he knows when you can fix something yourself or when you actually need his help to get a job done.

My seagate crashed found Michael at computer doc Melbourne when no one else wanted to fix my problem, he found my photos and everything on my seagate.
Transferred everything to a new hard drive and all was done over night.

Excellent afternoon today, very helpful and hardworking, went through with me and explained the back end of websites and taught me how to do a lot of things myself moving forward. He also helped us over the phone before we even had him out and he didn't even end up charging us for those hours. A huge relief for us to have his assistance in areas of the internet and security that we didn't fully understand.
