I started having an issue with my PC about a week ago when it started shutting down suddenly without warning whilst working on my uni and audio production projects (an intermittent issue that had also been a problem in the past). Gave Computerdoc a call as he had great reviews on here and Michael was very professional from the get go. He was very quick to answer my call (very knowledgable and patient), reliable and was able to determine the problem and got my PC back up and running again. Back in the studio now and working like a dream (no crashes, phew!). Fantastic service and will definitely be coming back to Michael for future PC problems. Highly recommend!

If your PC or laptop has decided to be your enemy or has just died without warning, Computer Doc is the place to go to. Michael will make sure he dies everything he can to return your business or personal tool to its happy working self again. I've been back several times over the past few years and am more than happy with the service.

TLDR: Michael solved my problem and saved me paying over $900 for an issue that wasn't really an issue!

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough! I had an external desktop hard drive which had been assessed as having "an electrical issue with its PCB" by another data recovery service. This other service quoted me over $900 to "repair" my drive when Michael simply took the drive out from its housing (a common reason for some HDD problems I learnt) and inserted it into a hard drive dock - bringing up all 1.2 TB of data fully in tact. There was no issue with my hard drive and on top of this, Michael charged me absolutely nothing for the assessment.

Michael is the first person you should go to when experiencing IT issues as he provides a high quality service with the utmost integrity.

If you need a computer repaired i can’t recommend Michael enough. I rang on a Saturday took it to him straight away. I got a quote for the repair about 2hrs later and then 24hrs later I picked it up. Highly recommend d.
