Complete Blinds

Great service and quality. We had a very urgent job to do as we had to put my mum’s unit on the market after 43 years - and new blinds were a must! Chris from Complete Blinds came to the rescue by responding to our timeline really quickly, from the initial quote, and help with selection, to a rapid turnaround to make and install. We are really happy with the quality and the price as it was very reasonable. Complete Blinds were recommended by some friends and we happily recommend them to others. We will use them again.

Complete Blinds installed several holland blinds in my home and I am very happy with the result. The blinds are made locally and are of excellent quality. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The team is very professional and friendly, and the blinds look fantastic. Quick and easy measurement and installation, and delivered on time. Shopped around for a few quotes and these guys had very competitive prices for the quality of product.

Extremely disapointed & would not recommend!
Professional initial on site visit. I accepted & signed quote, paid deposit. 2 weeks later on check measure day, told me they have to add additional charges of hundreds of dollars, even though all work was noted & included on the signed quote. If they made a mistake post signing a contract - wear it!
Instead of discussing some kind of solution, they offered my deposit back or I have to pay the additional cost!
Poor business ethics & would not recommend.

I would like to say how Complete Blinds have fantastic after sales service. I bought all my blinds from them o st the years. Last week had a mishap with my Roman blinds, they are over 10 yrs old. I rang them asking could l pick up a couple blind clips, No, we will come out and fix. Wow very impressive. Came within the week, all done at no charge. Highly recommend this company. Was told any more problems do not hesitate to ring them. One happy customer.

I highly recommend Complete Blinds. I took my measurements to their showroom and they courteously showed me all my options and gave me an approximate quote for a very large meals area window with sliding door, straight away. I chose honeycomb blinds for the high insulation quality and a proper measuring date was arranged. Installation was smooth with great communication. They look so beautiful and it will make a positive difference on my energy bills. Thanks!

Complete Blinds did the complete fit out of my new home with day and night roller blinds. I initially chose them because they had a great selection of fabrics, the guy who came out to quote was quick and efficient but most importantly they were very competitive on price.
The blinds were installed as promised without delay. I'm very happy with the end result.
Most importantly, though, 6 months post purchase, I had a blind chord snap (more from use than quality). They had someone out to fix it within 24 hours of me notifying them of the issue. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the post sales service.
