We wish we could give 6 or 7 stars! Faultless service - from meeting Chris in the Ringwood showroom and being guided by him, to his visit to our home to provide on-site advice, to the detailed quote documentation and clear pricing and also careful installation by Ted who went above and beyond and gave excellent service. Our questions about one of the blinds were taken seriously and, while there was nothing of serious concern with this blind, Complete Blinds offered to replace it without question under warranty.
Superlative service - I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This is an update on my previous experience with Complete Blinds. Since having the blinds for a year and a half we've had 2 of the 3 blinds fall off and then 1 fixed incorrectly to end up needing a new blind.

Complete Blinds installed pelmets, sunscreen and roller blinds throughout my house and they look fantastic. The staff are always helpful, friendly and very professional. Six months post installation, I had to call them about a few minor issues with some of the blinds and they promptly returned to fix them at no extra charge. It's rare to find such fantastic service these days and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
