The girls were so patient with me, I had so much going on, including our 14th grandchild's birth, I had to ask over a dozen times for them to call me at yet again another time, until I finally was able to enter into a new energy provider agreement, giving me $200 - $100 ea for gas & electricity, and an offer of 7 nights paid accommodation as well. Would prefer an Australian destination, but I'll find someone who is going to be able to use this but unfortunately, it won't be us. Seems to be a much better & financially more competitive tariff rate with this energy provider also, so pretty happy all round.

All 3 staff members I dealt with were pleasant, well mannered and very professional. Despite a substantial discount on both electricity and gas with my previous provider, they were able to arrange a considerably better deal with Alinta Energy. Win win - nice people and a financial benefit.

I have just changed my electrical supplier to First National which is an Australian owned company. The staff were incredibly patient with me when I questioned them and went over the details with a fine tooth comb.
