The representative was knowledgeable, patient and judged the pace of the interaction on where I was comfortable. There was ample opportunity provided to clarify and ask additional questions. All steps in the process were clearly outlined.

They're consistent in calling you more than 12 times to get a deal. But once they did secure a deal, none of them returned my calls about a broken promise and the agreed rates that didn't apply

Michael definitely goes over and beyond with helping his customers. In my case the previous service provider has a 30 day notice period. Michael dealt with exceptional patience to help me transition to the new service provider with the aim to minimise my loss. Walked me through my electricity bill step by step to help me decide if changing was a good idea and allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted. Professional, relatively simple considering we are dealing with electricity prices and ultimately saved me a bit if money so very happy!
