Community Support Frankston

They are just wonderful. They do a great job helping out the public through hard times and have been working hard also supplying hot meals for everyone making sure eveybody is looked after and thought of not leaving anybody out. Keep up the great work all staff who work at Community Support Frankston, yous are doing a kind and wonderful thing. People like yous who are doing great things are great role models for everyone, showing others that the world can be kind and are achieving greatness putting Frankston on the map as one of the best places you could be, especially in a time of need. And as long as the public doesn't be too greedy and doesn't take advantage of the situation which is really not something they wouldn't be keeping an eye on already as people can usually tell when someones taking advantage and lying. And having something doing a great a service as this does bring everyone together making more of a stronger support circle giving each other a shoulder to lean on and ability to get to know others they may not know, and if everyone keeps an eye out for each other having each others backs then we ourselves can make sure people dont take advantage and in doing that leaves everyone with the kind of crowd an d a community that works together better and is safer and more reliable all round. Keep up the Good work Community Support Frankston.

If you are ever in a financial situation and you live in the area I must say this is a must to do, I was scared the 1st time but as I said very welcoming just call them 1st and let them know & I'm sure if u do need it they will be there to help.

I found this service extremely helpful and and there willingness to help me above and beyond my expectations recommend to people who are struggling or need food and even just someone to talk to so from max and Boston thanks again and wish you all the best.

Amazing! The truly beautiful souls who work tirelessly here in a voluntary capacity, do so for no other reason than to help ease the burdens of the lives of strangers. They are what every person should aspire to be more like in life. Kindness goes a long way.

Easy to get to located walking distance from train & buses.
Very polite & caring staff.
They have a good range of information & can suggest where to find help from.

The people are lovely, but I honestly don’t know what this place actually does. Every time I have been directed to them for assistance it has led to nothing. Is it just for some tinned food and a chat? They don’t seem to know anything about anything (centrelink, budgeting, other outreach services etc). I’m unsure of why it exists.

These guys really treat people with respect and will always do everything they can to help. Remember though: they deserve to be treated respectfully and with kindness too.

Just really understanding and really helpful ppl there. Genuine empathetic approach n go the extra step to help those in need

Felt like a loser and didn't offer much to help mainly quizzed me about my centerline payment and bank balance but even though I could prove I needed help, they didn't offer much at all. Unfortunately.

I honestly don't know where I would be if it wasn't for all the volunteers. Nancy is amazing and when no one else was helping, I knew I could go there even if it was to cry. Amazing amazing people and my girls and myself always walk out with a smile on our face. I only hope in the future I can return the favour and help people struggling or need someone to chat. I really can't thank them enough

Ausome people that give there time to help people that are doing it a bit tough. Very helpful and much needed part of the community.
