Community Kids Haven Early Learning & Kinder Knoxfield

My girl loves here most of the time. You know they are moody from time to time. But i am pretty sure she likes here. Though some places need to be improved and the centre can do better, the management team is doing great to listen to us, and response quickly. I believe we can work out everything together.

We loved this centre and sad to leave it due to new house distance. The staff were amazing, always friendly and always approachable. The centre was clean and tidy and always kept my daughter engaged and learnt so much. Always greeted with a smile and we have both made lifetime friends here

Its a privilege to be an employee here also pleasure to be a part of this team, where everyone is ready always to help and support each other. I noticed that I have learnt lots of knowledge by working here and it’s the best place for children to learn and grow in this beautiful environment.
I highly recommend this place for those parents who want a bright future for their kids and those who looking for a good career.

Dedicated staff, always see & hear children laughing, smiling & having fun & that’s a great indication all is well! The signing out process is monitored well & the director makes sure staff have children’s safety covered.ex: sunscreen & hats must be worn, families are contacted when children are unwell for the safety of all keep up the good work everyone. Excellent Management. Director and Asst. Director are kind as well as professional in their roles. CKH have very welcoming atmosphere for kids, families and educators. Their moto of learning through play is amazing and all kids love to be part of it. I have my son here and we are proud to be part of CKH. I highly recommend this center for children 's better future.

Beautiful purpose built centre, excellent management with great vision for the centre and families, caring and friendly educators.

We are happy with staff, educators and managers as they are very friendly and helpful and committed to parents. They do their best to make a nice atmosphere for kids to enjoy their times in the center.

To be honest, they were very good. Both of the staff and educators were friendly and helpful. Since the management team changes, things changes dramatically. Most of the educators were gone for some reason. Since then I've never seen they meet the '1 to 4' requirements. Kids parents as customers were treated rudely and unfairly. I can't believe this happened in Australia, can't have confidence with kids will be well looked after in this place. I still don't understand why they are so against the parents, but the only thing I can do is making the termination decision.

Rude mangment, friendly educators. Too much of a high staff turn over and often appear stressed. Did not feel comfortable leaving my child with new people all the time and concerns not taken seriously.
