Wings chewy. How.but I'll give you 4 stars for the lady that ran the floor by herself! Shes a rockstar.

Two of our party ordered the same meal rump steak, one was ordered medium rare the other was medium well they got them the wrong way round so we just switched meals, the party consisted of 14 people and all meals were served within 10 mins of each other, the service was very good and the meals were ok but not excellent, would go back again.

I have been hear couple of times but service can be poor because when staff take meals out to their customers has turn to be mystery sometimes and it can be confused whoever order what meals and also don’t say any names.
When customers line up to order food and say there names but that’s ok and also when staff comes out but they take orders out to customers that’s when staff do not say anything what meal go to but I wish they should say names and what food one by one each person will be good.

Band night was fantastic! The staff are very friendly and I can’t wait to go again, highly recommend:)

Honestly never experienced such rude and condescending stuff in my life! Save yourself the time and money. Go somewhere else, Go anywhere else!

Not an enjoyable lunch with kids coughing in the restaurant area. Meals are considerably smaller and serious lack of service. Still expecting you to order through QR codes on table. Left without completing meal due to the kids coughing around us.

The interior bears absolutely no resemblance to the quaint and historic facade: AHL (Woolworths) at work again!
The Roast Beetroot Salad was excellent, enhanced with S&P Calamari.
But the Veggie Burger, crowned internally with an indeterminate avocado slop, was quite underwhelming.

Staff seemed stressed out, and food took a lot longer than I would expect for a pub, 30 minutes for just the entrees. Kitchen looked like there were only two people working in it though, if so then understandable. Still, for a Friday night I would have thought you'd have more kitchen staff on.

The food was fantastic and you have a beautiful staff work her and wonderful chef cooking. I will recommend this to my family and friends.

We were part of a very large group. The staff handled our meals well - did not have to wait long. Bar was well stocked. Service was good.

Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices, family friendly with a playground for little ones and baby change room, or catching up with friends.
5 stars to all of above, and highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the person taking our booking. We booked for 20 people on a particular night, only to have them tell us the morning of, that they accidentally put our booking in for the following week. We had such trouble trying to find a new place for 20 people last minute else where

Return here because kids play area only

A bit sad and sticky. Good place to come if you need somewhere to watch the footy I suppose.

Walked in for a glass of beer ended up enjoying their Happy hours beer deals and amazing lunch menu. Simply loved it. Cheers and thanks to the energetic bartender girl.

Nice atmosphere nice staff just a little slow at sending out orders and wait a bit long for your meal

I was very very disappointed last night 10th of September we went to see Waterloo at the commercial hotel in South Morang the young boy at the bar kept telling me there is no air conditioning and it was so hot that we all felt like we're going to pass out very very disappointed

Meals are of a generous size reasonably priced and they have put pizza back on the menu, the only thing is that it was understaffed no fault of there's all ALH
properties I have been to are the same.
