31Fantastic service, clean spacious rooms well maintained and modern. Nice bathroom and the shower was amazing. Special touches like the lovely liquid soap and shampoo mounted were lovely.nice and quiet and good parking. The bed was firm and pillows were great. I ended up buying one.

We visited iver Christmas break. Very nice hotel with modern room. It was a lovely stay. The lady was extremely helpful and we could enjoy of a tasty dinner in the pub next door, beautiful sunset over the hill and lovely stop at tower hill. Thanks again for the great insight it made our stay 5 star
I've stayed here many times and choose to keep coming back. Friendly hosts, pretty good value, central location, attached to a restaurant with great casual meals. Recommended.

The place looks great and modern! Place is clean, staff are friendly. Central to the CBD - close to nearly everything. Has AC, TV, Blow drier and almost like a hotel. Love it!
Debbie was very helpful and booked us in at midnight for overnight accommodation. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfy. She also informed us with some local actrations. She is a life saver.

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful owners and a great appointed room. Clean and modern feel. I'll be staying here every time I come back to Warrnambool. Only negative was tue water pressure, but that's like every place I've stayed at.
Debbie and Bob are wonderful hosts. We stay here quite regularly.
Bobs pub next door is a nice place for a meal too.
