No one to check me in within check in hours after waiting 15 minutes. Was still charged full price despite explaining to reception that they were uncontactable for check in. Dissatisfied with service.

It was very relaxing thank you for letting us experience the Motel. Hopefully we can stay their on our next visit.

We did an overnight stay in Comfort Inn. Booking was easy, in fact we were at Apollo Bay along the great ocean road when we decided to go up till Warnambool. This place had good reviews and we went for it. Luckily we had travelled in the last week of Aug so it wasnt crazy busy.
The rooms are cozy and offer enough comfort for you to refresh and recharge. There is a supermarket right next to it, which is convenient. There are some good dining options available nearby (walkable).

Car parking is secure, sometimes if the parking inside the hotel is full, you can park on the road.

This hotel has after hours checkout as well.just drop the keys in a secure locker and off you go.

Great, affordable stay in a beautiful coastal city. Staff were really easy going, room was clean and comfortable and service was top notch. Lock up parking, free tea and snacks, extra towels and blankets during winter nights made this a really nice stay!

Our stay did not occur as, despite an email confirmation for the correct dates the motel records did not match their email and there were no rooms available. It was 5.00 p.m. Saturday. There was no offer or recommendation of other accommodation in Warrnambool, rather the suggestion that we could have the booking on their records for the following day?
Advice - double check your booking with this motel.

Reliable room for a reliable price.
Windows overlooked the Carpark and the walking thoroughfare, but it’s really more of a perk when this isn’t the case in 3 star motels.
Our room wasn’t ready for checkin but they were really apologetic and nice about it, plus we ended up needing a late checkout and there were no dramas, so what goes around comes around:)

Room was super clean and stocked up with your basic toiletries, and even went a bit beyond the standard in the kitchenette department.
Nice size room too:)
Super convenient location, right down the road from some of the best Korean Fried Chicken we’ve ever had too (Fryday Everyday, definitely recommend!).

We were perfectly content with our booking and would feel very comfortable recommending it to others.

We made a booking at this place on 5th april 2022 through booking.com to checkin on 23rd april 2022.
On 23rd morning while on way there we get a call that our booking is cancelled as there is no vacancy. How did they confirm our booking on 5th april and on the d day call us to cancel it?
This is absolutely unprofessional and terrible. We are driving down from Sydney and on this long Anzac weekend there is no accommodation available.
Now we are on multiple calls with booking.com to get us an accommodation because this motel has taken no responsibility and accountability to do the right thing and us accommodation.
Mr Samar is unprofessional and booking.com told us that he has double booked.
. I will make sure this review goes to maximum places as this person refuses to take responsibility of his mistake and do the right thing. Instead of he fixing this mess, we are stuck trying to find a place on this busy weekend. Stay away from this place.

Excellent location, very clean, spacious and modern. Bed is very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I was in a single room which was very nice. Contemporary and a good vibe.

It never comes to my mind to book in to a Inn. But it's way better than I expected. Way better than most of some hotels n motels we been to.
I love everything about their room. Everything is high class, and I love the bed is massive king-size and sheets are super beautifully clean, feel so good to relax and feel that it's worth every penny. We were so tired to be able to get out for dinner and in the room, a menu to order food n they deliver from Image. It was a late nite order n it was delicious perfect done n serve deliver to our room in a plate like as we sit in their restaurant waiting to dine in. It was an amazing experience. Recommended to anyone!

My second stay here and it was better than the first. Definitely my new preferred place to stay when I'm working in Warnambool.

Cleanest motel we have stayed in in a long time. Well done to the cleaning staff. Breakfast cafe next door, so convenient. We will return on our next visit.

Absolutely perfect - the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything we needed and the cleanliness was immaculate. The cleanliness could not be faulted. We walked to everything we needed in the evenings during our stay, dinners, cinemas, shops etc, yet it was still perfectly quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Will definitely be staying again!

Seriously the best accommodation in Warrnambool, it’s 5 stars at a reasonable price, the rooms are immaculate.
The owners are the nicest people making you feel like you’ve arrived home, you can’t go wrong staying here.

A wonderful experience with our second stay at this hotel. Located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the foreshore. Very nice rooms, recently refurbished, offering a very clean, comfortable, and quiet stay. The modern fridge, climate control, and Smart TV made our 5 day stay even more enjoyable. The owners are friendly, helpful and hands-on, and run a fine establishment; we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Warrnambool.

A very clean and comfortable room for the weekend. Walking distance to the main street for dinner. IGA next door for some juice for the fridge. The reception staff very welcoming.

Beautiful spot, if ur looking to be near train station, main city centre and only 5 min bike ride to waterfront! The motel is wonderful and clean and staff are very very friendly. Would stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and the people at the reception was very friendly and had great advice about where to visit in Warrnambool. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, great service, it's a quiet location in the middle of town. I stay regularly for work and rooms are spotless everytime

Nice to see local owners of a business who in my opinion take more care of their guests. Will stay here again. Even put the heater on in my room before I arrived.
