Great location, nice little room with spacious toilet area. Only feedback is that the shower’s water temperature was a bit hard to control (turns too cold and too hot suddenly) and there was no microwave. Check in and check out was easy and customer service was great.

This is a motel which allows the public to eat there. Menu was varied and had the pasta. Service good, price slightly above what I would normally pay. Not too loud either so you can have a discussion with others whilst eating which is great. Parking may be a hassle but depends on day and time. Would eat there again.

It's a great hotel, not expensive, and staff are very helpful and friendly. Check out time is a bit early compared to China, but that's Australia. The food is very good here.

Great meals. The Rib-eye is their specialty and deservedly so. Friendly service and likeable atmosphere. Bar prices are reasonable.

Expensive for such a small basic room. Coffee was ok but not note worthy. It was very clean an tidy though.

Great value lunch meal with attentive staff. Decor a bit tired and space quite dark but that wasn't what we were there for. Would recommend.

Really pleased I booked here! Excellent clean, fresh room. The restaurant is really cool and the staff are brilliant. The beer is crispy cold and the food is above what I had expected. Very glad I chose to eat here & I really rate my food (very picky/critical).
I would stay here again without question.

Gorgeous gardens in the heart of Hamilton. Playground, pond with ducks. Little hunchback bridge. Pond could be cleaned! Up on the hill carers cottage with two male peacocks strolling around. No birds though, all the cages were open with no sign of return. Hothouse full of plants, stuffed actually, but no access to enjoy. Water fountain was great, loved drinking the cold clean water.
Overall beautiful park, great grounds, but could offer so much more.

A great option for an overnight stay in Hamilton. Nice, modern rooms that are well equipped. Very good service on reception too.

Short overnight stay while traveling for business. The room was clean and served my needs and the chicken Parma I had from room service was delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the wifi was not working. Friendly staff member explained that they are swapping to the NBN so it wasn't working. I need wifi for work and Netflix so was disappointed

Good food, quick service and right next to the botanic gardens. A good restaurant to take family and friends.

SUMMARY- Not happy.
Booked sight unseen. Mattress clearly very old, highly uncomfortable. A cold night tossing and turning from either being too cold or keep awake by the din of the heater noise. Loud fridge. Not sure if these are bed bug welts. No expense spared, down to the plastic tea spoons, 12” tv, no microwave.
No invoice sent or left, however arranged a late unattended check in to arrive in a bone cold room. No sleep.
The positives: dust free, the kettle works, shower is hot.

Great place to stay very comfortable beds very clean and tidy in a central location close to the center of town. Great staff, The restaurant was excellent with a good selection with very reasonably priced meals.

Delicious fish and chips. We were also lucky to get a table as soon as we showed up for our booking the restaurant was fully booked.

Friendly stuff and clean comfortable rooms. Plus it's just in front of beautiful Botanical Garden and close to the street full of shops and cafes.

Located across from the gardens and walking distance from the shops and supermarkets. This hotel is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant.

Nice place. Great food in restaurant. Very clean rooms and a good price. Excellent value. Lot of noise early in the morning though from street sweeper every morning at 545am.not motels fault.

The wait was 45 minutes between entree and mains. The risotto was undercooked as the rice was hard and the Moroccan chicken was overcooked.

Although its like stepping back into the 80's the room were clean with renovated bathrom in our room.the food in the restaurant is brilliant well worth it
