Comfort Inn Botanical

Checked in. My bed had been slept in. They did come and change it. Water kettle was full of residue. Shower water flooded the floor. Tiny breakfast cube as restaurant closed due to public holiday. Sadly no plates or cutlery. Overall poor!

Unfortunately not good accommodation for work stopovers! With other rooms used for social issues emergency accommodation, we didn’t feel safe with the early morning ranting, heavy smoking in room drifting over into ours, along with possible drug paraphernalia going on! As a result our employer is changing venue, as our staff need proper safe rest!

They said they had a disability room for me when I got there they said no they didn't I come all the way for a funnel was not happy

Great service, we were running late and reception stayed open a little longer so we could check in. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

Room was smallish but had everything you need for a comfortable stay, restaurant onsite but bit pricy for me, i may just be behind the times.
Just watch the step down in front of your door were you park your car its a doozy if you forget about it.

Clean motel with great staff. Located close to the main street. The have a restaurant and bar, however we didn't use it this time.

Great atmosphere, but the meals were a bit pricey for what they were and the staff don't know there jobs 100% as they both said different things, plus our meals didn't come with everything listed on the menu. They were very nice, but we were disappointed they didn't come as said in the menu

Its me, Mr Worldwide. This place was ok, but the waiters cant speak english. I only gave it 5 stars becuase I thought it was funny and I'm mr worldwide.

Really good sized room, could do with a bit more items for the tea area, nice big shower head, but bathroom layout not very functional

Clean spacious room, helpful friendly staff. Parking of the front of room. This place is just minutes from town shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Botanical Gardens across the road nice for a walk through.

We didn't stay in the motel but we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was really quite good. Friendly staff and attentive service. They were booked heavily but found us a spot which was great - suggest you book in advance as it is not very big and is popular.

I live in extremely bad living conditions in central Vic.because of political problem, to do with South America. It's wonderful to have luxury even for a couple of days, and I go to Hamilton (where Mum was born), and a working toilet and shower, with plenty of hot water, a T. V, electricity, therefore lots of cups of coffee and I love raisin toast, and a fridge, to keep my Coke cold, and it's wonderful really-just to live like other human beings do.

Rooms nicely renovated inside. Stayed in a family room which was surprisingly spacious. And this is a great central location with its own good restaurant but close to other restaurants and food options

1 of the things I worry the most when going on road trips is accomodation, especially spiders in the bathroom. Fortunately, Comfort Inn Botanical not only has a clean bathroom but also took good care of it. Yes, not a single insect spotted! I have to say, it even beats some of the bathrooms in some hotels!

Wifi is also free and, because it is right in the center of Hamilton, you have access to a huge selection of restaurants all in walking distance.

Nicely renovated rooms in a great location across from the Botanic Garden and just around the corner from the centre of town. When you book a room here, make sure you also book a table for dinner. They have five chefs - no wonder the restaurant is hugely popular with the locals!
