Very pleased with service and follow up with this company. Installation team also very polite and good at their job. I was well informed and educated and assisted in marking the right choice for my needs. I am now happy with new carpet installed and colour and quality that is just at top notch.

Shane and Latiff were amazing to deal with in store. Excellent service and products. Amin and his team were the ultimate professionals at laying our floorboards! They were very neat, precise on colour matching and kept our home clean as they worked. Highly recommended.

Incredibly impressed with my experience purchasing both blinds and carpet from Flooring Xtra Collingwood. Scott and Shane (and the helpful owner) provided clear and knowledgeable advice in store, offered to come out to do a measure the same day (!), and personally oversaw the installation within weeks.

My insurer for flood damage had wanted me to go with Harvey Norman but the comparison in sales, range and service was stark so I’m so glad they let me pick my own company. I don’t normally write many reviews but it’s worth acknowledging when you get surprisingly excellent service from people who really seem to care about what they do. (I was also impressed when they actively discouraged me from replacing some other flooring that would have made them more money- very honest).

The team at flooring Xtra were so responsive and helpful, they came out to do an in home quote, I picked the new floors, got the materials ordered and the new floors installed - all in less than 1 week. The new floors look fantastic and the guys did a great job a communicating with me during the process,
making sure I was updated on progress.

After calling around for a while, I was kindly looked after by Matt who has exceptional service, couldn't be happier with the quality finish and price. I was blown away from start to finish - can happily say if you want the best advice and all around service for anything flooring, carpets, vinyl floors etc - these guys are your go to! If there was a 10 star I would be giving it!

Staff are attentive without being pushy. Prices are clearly marked. Great range and great advice. The service from sale through to laying was top notch. I recommend Collingwood flooring Xtra over any of their local competitors.

I had luxury vinyl tiles laid, changing from carpet. They had good range of all choices (not just vinyl) - for me this was a good choice. They were quick, on time and cleaned up after. And price was excellent. Highly recommended

Don't bother going here for any kind of help. We were there for about 30mins and not approached or greeted, even though we were the customers in the shop. When we approached and asked if we could buy some samples the sales person didn't think so and said she would check with her boss. Her boss didn't even acknowledge us and when the question was asked about the samples, he just said no and then started having personal conversations with a rep that just walked in. The bottom line is that we ended up feeling uncomfortable being there and that we were imposing on them.
Pity because there are other of businesses out there today scrambling for sales and customers.

Very poor effort by management - we had pure wool carpet laid, the next day I was disappointed and not happy jan to see that in the brand new room 3 of the walls has been marked by the carpet layers. When I contacted the company the response was "a bit of Matt will take that off". I had no idea if a " bit of would take this off" But as the walls were newly painted and the marks were so many (I took 12 pics) I was concerned that removing the marks would create a problem with the paint. There was no acknowledgment of shoddy workmanship by the comapny, no interest in seeing the walls. At my insistence, (not at the companys' offer) someone was arranged to come the next day to do something with the walls. I thought the company would be interested in seeing the damage on the walls. We have the rest of the house to be carpeted.but going on this performance I will not be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.
