Staff can be a little rude and access is a little bit of a walk as there is no entry doors from outside
Entry signs and directions need to be more accessible

There was a nice young lad that served me, I think their name was Ethan. I hope they serve me again!

Well after 10plus years someone made the stupid decisions to remove the newspaper stand from the front of the store and have them placed on the cigarette counter! Not only inconvenience but it’s now an untidy mess, not a good look at the front of the once tidy store!

It was really busy and to be honest more staff/ registers were required. But the staff that were on were great.

Decent overall but they had a few issues with dirty isles. Easy to get served and good lit up parking at night

Has 12 checkout plus self checkout. Only 4 checkouts open which includes customer service checkout. Each checkout has 1 being served plus a queue of at least 3 people at each plus 3 waiting out front of service desk. Need to employ more cashiers please.

It's always good, staff are always attentive to helping if I need them to find items, and check out people are very pleasant.

Great sized supermarket, best to get in early as stock goes fast on every day items ie bread, milk.

All staff were friendly, the staff member who put my groceries thru couldn't have been friendlier or more efficient, altogher a good experience.

Good Variety. Regular sales on almost all items. Staff (and customers) seem like a happy and friendly bunch. It has quite a few visitors through everyday of the week and yet queue times are short to non-existent

Always d best shopping at Coles my favourite supermarket. Staff are always helpful and friendly

It has everything in it that coles sell. I found it a lot different from other coles in layout but found what we needed. Its a clean well layed out coles. Our cats enjoyed the food we bought there as did my wife and I. Oh, we bought human food for us, we didnt eat the cats food! That would be silly and the cats might get angry at us, again.

Good sized store with a decent selection of shelf items and wide aisles for negotiating with a trolley.

Excellent service and open Saturday just before Easter till 10pm. Best late shopping in Wendouree Vic 3355

The prices are down down here. Lots of specials on turnips and lettuce and broccoli - all the good goat biscuits.

Very average. Hearing an employee swearing on her mobile phone didn't contribute positively to my experience.

Pollution advocates. Spineless. Don’t bother with these clowns parading as an ethical company. Shop at Woolworths.

Great store apart from the lady named Jenny at thet front counter is very rude to my mother she shouldn't have a job in customer service if she cant be friendly

Decor and staff attitude a cut above woolies in this shopping centre and open till midnight via an external door

Its a coles they are all the same.staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell, as per training.
