It's OK the self serve check outs are always breaking down.and people are always trying to run out through the self serve check outs without paying. And being chased.

Store ok, service not so great. I went to assist an elderly lady to get her trolley to check out. I asked staff to open register as lady could not walk any further. They opened register straight away but then didn't offer to help her out of store. I did my shopping took to car and came back to find lady still struggling to get to the door. I then helped lady to taxi rank. She was ready to fall down and in tears thanking me for doing what the supermarket should have done.

Its a good clean shop but why was the potato salad crunchy? The potatoes arent cooked properly …

Buy some things there as in large shopping complex lots of other shops and warm place to shop on cold weather

The new Coles is large and proud. I actually prefer it to Woolies and I am transitioning to shopping there more often. Being larger there are just some more choices that I liked. And the pumpkin quiche in the deli section helps.

Kinda ridiculous that they’ve just turned all checkouts into self serve and practically refuse to open a register for people with completely full trolleys.

Prices have gone up and now we’re expected to check ourselves out too? Completely ridiculous

Prices have been going up. As we can buy wholesale today I was looking at the price Coles charges compared to wholesale price I pay which would be higher then what Coles pays. It looks like close to a 100 precent mark up. Now we always hear how little markup they have. Shame on them.

Go there every week, lot of variety, to find.
Worth shopping there.

Pretty unimpressed if i do say so myself.smells li exactly like hungry jacks burger room after a big rush (aka smells awful). I’d rather go to that one chain restaurant ‘FoodWorks’. Do better coles.im disappointed.

Trying to push people to use self service by only having service desk checkout open. Do the right thing and employ more people please.

I don't normally shop at Coles but I could not fault the staff here. Having never stopped here before I was all but lost finding things & was in a hurry to get back on the road. Every time I asked a staff member where a product was they were nothing short of VERY helpful.

Great store with a good range of brands products are set out so you can easily find what you're looking for, staff are friendly, I had a stress-free visit

150% to the staff, they put up with a lot from idiots, well done! Keep up the great work you've won me! Oh by the way, prices are pretty good too.

Very helpful staff, friendly. Easy to find things, great produce. They always seem to keep the shelves well stocked, nearly always get what I go in for

The lady on the express register was awesome she ask how my client was that made him and me feel good

Expensive only go to Coles for specials if I can be bothered looking online should be still delivering Catolouges always trying to save a doar or 2 very poor and cheap! I'd give no stars but that's not a option.

I shop here regularly and think it's a great store. Haven't had any issues getting the groceries I need. Staff are always lovely
