62There was a guy called sunik or something similar to that name and ask to check my bag and then proceeds to take everything out of my bag left everything out and took my 2 powerades I got from woollies
Only one complaint but its a big one: They still continue to close earlier than the specified time of 11pm by a good 5-10 minutes making it uber frustrating. How is a chain supermarket able do that? Consistantly? For years?
Best customer service. Special night customer service staff (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday)
The staff at the stores were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They were always willing to assist, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Whether I had a specific question or needed recommendations, they were happy to help
I basically go for cheap or even reduced to clear priced things, well that depends if they are my requirement or not, otherwise Coles always try to keep customers rangewise in terms of price and products.
No one at service I wait 10 minutes to someone come to pay.very poor I never come back
The best Coles in Melbourne area. I was kindly served by Shuhail earlier. He deserves a bonus!
The store itself is perfect and in great knick, unfortunately it does attract some undesirables out the front and inside which can make you feel uneasy.
My experience in liquor land yesterday was appalling l expect more respect by staff and managers l again had trouble in Liquorland very un professional needs some customer service training they are discriminating which no one stands for these days and our country shouldn't be so discriminated by people that should respect to be here l don't judge l will be going back to Dan Murphys lost my $$$
Out of date product on shelf.
When i showed it to the checkout staff at self checkout, that lady made an awful face and literally I had to tell her that it’s expired and not to be on shelf. The next reaction was, ignorance. Literally it was like, Get off the store and you can’t question me.
Store manager to take steps and start educating the staff.
Always well stocked with a bigger range than my local on Spencer st! Friendly staff. Plenty of carparks at the rear. However the miserable unhelpful lady in the self service checkouts shows the disconnect between the big corporation and the punters.
Free parking for 90mins if shopping above 30 bucks. But why don't they have cabbage? The veggie section was a weird setup

Zahra helped me quickly find a product, found out it was out of stock and instead of giving up she instead redirected me towards other coles options and alternatives.
Very very good worker, quick and easy with a solution to a problem instantly instead of giving up.
Always somebody at the doorway entrance and exit begging for money. Very off putting each visit. Men walking around supermarket in full face motorbike helmets looking dangerous. They should be told to remove the helmets. A Woman in the fruit department sniffing and rolling every tomato in her hands, at least 30 tomato's, finally she takes 1. Looked like she was on drugs, staff in the fruit section watch and said nothing. 1 checkout open, yet 10 customers waiting, making old people wait as they cannot use self serve. Avoid. Need more staff and security that actually does something.
Its very clean and vegetables been arranged properly. The self service staff is helpful and friendly.
Dodgy carpark machine; charged me $70 despite a supposed $35 maximum, and then attempted to charge me a further $70 after that.
$35 is bad enough, but $140? !?
Need to get this sorted Coles, not acceptable. Until then I advise you all to park elsewhere.

Manager is amazing he helped us with the downstairs parking and they have THE WORST PARKING SERVICE but AMAZING worker service.
Also I'm pretty surprised of how well you looked after my mums Karen episode:)
Im a regular customer at this Coles, went in this morning to grab a couple of things, as I walked in, realised that I had forgotten to bring my mask, went to the Customer Service to ask for one, the lady told me she can’t give one to me because they are only for staff, and she told me that I could still go in the store without a mask, ‘isn’t it mandatory? ’ I asked. Replied the Coles staff, it’s mandatory, but you don’t have to wear it, you can still go in. I asked to speak to the manager, she briefs the manager before she gets to me and proceeds to tell me the same thing. Really? ! You can’t give out a 10c mask to one of your regular customers? And tell your customers don’t worry about wearing a mask when it’s mandatory as set out by the government? How low can your level of customer service sink Coles? !
I really feel bad for their customer service When been there for a exchange and tried explaining that product i took was not taken much far but a street adjacent to it. Had to listen " I DONT CARE". Thats rude coles must train this kind of people in better customer service.
