Coles Essendon reviews
53Young tall guy with blonde hair working Sunday night was standing at the end of every aisle very obviously watching me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will definitely be going to woolies from now on.
A local supermarket that doesn’t carry eh complete range of goods found in the larger Coles stores
Range is somewhat restricted although most items are available. Carpark can be congested especially in late afternoon
Just ok very small limited selections on everything.
Make over has improved this small Coles. Selections have better mainly due to new and better configured shelving. Parking is now more difficult on weekends due to new eateries and the Pub back to normal trading hours.
A small selection of items, no deli and staff who would rather gossip than do their work properly. This is just a convenience store at best. The Coles at Moonee Ponds is worth the distance. It’s so much more modern and has everything you need without the high prices.
I love the convenience and the staff are all great except for one very rude special needs person named James who has no customer service skills, has dramatic mood swings and fake accent changes and really seem to hate his job, He's a very unpleasant person
Coles please check list before you pack groceries
Still getting wrong items
Please recheck items
A small Coles with a limited range, great place if you have forgotten some of your basic items or just for a basic shop. I normally drop in when i have forgotten something.
Great little Coles with great selection in fruit/veg; meat, bakery and most other things you need. Not the place to shop if you are looking for every brand and item a normal sized Coles would stock! I was particularly impressed with the automated bread slicing machine. Overall a definite convenience for me.
Staff over there just keep on standing n didn’t give service. When I asked her help she just ask me to wait for another staff who is working there, when she is not working just standing by.
Coles is a coles.
Small one, this place needs to be huge. Essendon needs a big coles.
Why are the self serve checkouts always so slow in the mornings. This issue needs to be adressed asap! People are always in a rush in the morning and don't have time to stand around and wait for the checkout computers to load after each press of the button.
Local close to transport not a large store plenty to do shopping there close to park take walk
A relatively small Coles and not much else. Limited items and poor service. First and last time that I will shop there. I will travel the extra distance to Moonee Ponds.
This is the worst Coles I've ever been to. It is my local so it is a shame but every time I go there for something it is out of stock or not available because of the small store.
The shelves are also always empty.
Abysmal range of goods for sale. Shelves constantly empty, while shelves full of boutique brands that no one wants. The buying team for Coles are absolutely useless.
It needs to be big. For a suburb like Essendon, it's really tiny store. Mostly yo uh get things but there is lack of variety and options.
Worst experience ever had staying as a guest at studio apartment hotel for over two years I am CEO and investor in Hollywood movie productions regular client for weekly shopping stopped due to terrible customer service been called buddy by one cashiers then bought a pack of cigarettes constantly holding the packet back just in case someone runs off with it. I have been there some many times you should know your regular customers. Worst place for shopping keep clear do your shopping at somewhere else.
It was a nice time going through Coles buying all the food that I needed to survive for the week. I recommend going there.:)
Consistently terrible. Horrible quality of food product, no attention paid to covid restrictions as to social distancing requirements, putting public at risk. Unfortunately for me, only shopping centre close to where I live. No stars at all (would rate Coles Essendon in the negative numbers if that were an option)
