Coles Echuca

Prices are good, the store is clean, and the employees are usually polite and be willing to help. Sometimes you will find shelves being stocked at busy times, and many of the walkways and aisles are hard to navigate due to end of aisle displays making things narrow.

The main downside is the lack of parking and the fact that you have to walk back to the front of the store to put trolleys away. If it wasn't for the carpark situation I would shop here more.

Young girl knocking off from the deli at about 8.15 pm on the 1/3/23 was so rude and obnoxious. Just another reminder of why I chose to shop at woollies

I would like to do a shout out to coles staff Echuca, and in particular the click and collect team including coles staff members Daman and Donna on registers etc.

My partner and I were racially profiled at this coles. The only asians to shop here, and they got to check out assistants to stand next to us while we scanned everything through. A white lady reported us as shop lifters….

I was not allowed to buy my usual pack of cigarettes as the checkout person refused to sell them to me. I am 50 years old & was not asked for I. D.

As with most places Coles is having some problems with stock and prices but it's no fault of the staff.just have to sick it up

What on earth has happened to the meat and bread stock? Every time I go in they are completely bare. Strange as coles in Greensborough and Woolworths in eltham are both always stocked. Car park isn’t great either

Only two cash registers operating lines of customers waiting, signs everywhere saying covid safe distance, Coles need to re evaluate the needs of their customers safety.

Don't Bother savings up your Master Chef Cookware credits. We did have 107 credits only to be told we don't have anything try another Coles

I was doing my shopping at Echuca Coles became unwell a lovely staff lady put my shopping through for while sat on bench seat in store with a class of water the lady gave me thanks so much dear lady

I like shopping here. Its bright, the aisles are wide enough, usually not too busy, the staff are pretty good at saying hello.

Always shop at Coles earn flybys. It would be good if the store can stock fresh baked goods of an evening also, they always seem low on the popular bakery items. Very limited to counter service and staff of an evening.

Echuca coles a great supermarket to shop at. Since it got its make over looks great inside now.

Great place to shop for your everyday needs with heaps of undercover parking with friendly staff and service.

Bakery team made a little boys day!
I lifted my three year old up to view the bakery and he was excited to watch the bakers making hot cross buns. They were very friendly and engaged with him, before giving him a bun to take away. He was so thrilled he told everyone he passed in the store about it and wanted to call his pa when we got back to the car. Thanks team, the little things leave a lasting impression:)

Great friendly and helpful staff, vegies and meat are good, the the only problem in this store is announcer staff call buzzer, i find this to be excessively load, it actually hurts my ears.
