Coffee Club

If we could snatch this 1 star too, we would do that in a glimpse. Zero customer services, zero business ethics. Just ordered a take away coffee and it was thrown at counter and yelled “small cappuccino”. Nothing about who’s coffee it is. At least 5 people waiting for their coffee “good luck figuring out whose coffee it is. ” Face expression of staff are like they are coming from funeral. People take coffee to make their day, you will ruin your day here. Don’t visit this place. Horrible horrible staff …

Almond crossaint was cold and u can tell it's, not fresh at all.not surprised why there are many 1 star review.

Such rude staff, has no courtesy and manners.
Food quality and quantity is joke, so bland taste and smash avo has hardly any avocado in it. Waiting time is horrible and customer service is zero. Please don’t go if you value your time and money. Never going back again

I ordered smash Avo with poached egg after explaining about 10mins to front counter staff. At the end we received over cooked eggs with poor quality food. LAST TIME TO GO TO THIS PLACE. Especially the manager Kate was terribly unhelpful once I've asked her for refund.

The experience was terrible. Long wait times for food, and when they did arrive, parts of the dish were severely overcooked and dry, and other parts under cooked. So disappointed in how far coffee clubs across Melbourne have fallen. Coffee is still nice, but dining in a few coffee clubs is severely lacking.

Great new management team;
Staff at every polite and welcoming;
Food is good;
Will definitely visit again

After finishing shopping with my two sons, decided to try one of there meals and dine in, clearly not busy and myself understanding capacity limits due to covid they were clearly not over the limit for seating, so I have told my two boys to sit down and I will order, without hesitation or doing a count the staff member rudely told me your children can not sit there right now cause we may be over capacity, I then replied are you? To which another staff serving at the counter said no they are not over the limit and we can dine in.
The biggest issue is that this female staff was quick to be rude to me and embarrassed me whilst other customers were sitting in the dining area. Its a shame the food was quite nice but the service left a bad taste! Service you expect from a takeaway McDonald's store, will definitely advising others i know also not to go and dine here.

I love this place. Their food is delicious and the coffee is so good! Haven't been disappointed yet!

The rudes customer servers i have ever experienced just for asking how long the food would take to make her answer was along as takes im in a rush and need to be places she could have give me a time

Wonderful service, lovely staff and amazing food and drink. The breakfast burger was amazing, every piece was cooked to perfection and it was so very filling. My hot chocolate was actually hot and chocolatey unlike a lot of other places too. Awesome work this morning team.

The Coffee Club will always be my sanctuary for a healthy meal.
Overseas & Australia wide. Keep up the great work.

Went today to get a coffee and the barista was ridiculously rude to me laughing in my face when I politely asked what soy milk they used. I was completely shocked and disgusted that someone could be so rude to a customer. Would never go back. I hope you learn some customer service and are nicer to future customers:)

Love this place. Super friendly staff, delicious food and great coffee. Chicken and sweet potato salad was today.

Built up an appetite shopping at the DFO and stopped here for a sit down lunch. Food was very tasty, my burger was delicious with a generous serve of chips. The Salt and Pepper Calamari and the flat grill pulled pork were also tasty although rather small serves for the price I think. On a quiet weekday it was very quiet and our food was served very promptly after ordering. Staff were bright and friendly and thanked us for coming once we were done.

Will visit the place again. Waiter made an error with our order however the Manager sorted things without any issues.

Great friendly service, excellent coffee, lovely focaccia, salads & sweet potato fries. This Coffee Club is a winner!

Nice place. I had missed out lunch due to shopping and since it was already late, wanted to have a light lunch. Opted for Flat Grill Chicken at this place and it was amazing. 3 pieces (pic only has 2 since I was too hungry: P) per plate. It's very filling and more importantly tasty, even if it doesn't look like a lot. Definitely worth a try if you are in the mood for a similar light lunch.

Best coffee as service at the DFO, I walked each day from Nick Scali to this great cafe every day I worked, there hospitality and service was amazing every time. There coffee hands down the best abs there food is freshly made and taste great.
