Went there with my family of 4, I ordered my food it was all supposed to come out with spinach for breakfast and instead they gave me lettuce. Once I asked them they said they didn’t have any spinach, maybe next time they should let me know before I order and pay for my breakfast. Ordered eggs benny, it came with that much hollandaise sauce that I couldn’t even see my food and my bread was soaked and I didnt even eat my breakfast. I’m only giving one star because I have too or else it would be a zero.

Excellent service, food and coffee were what you would expect in that setting. The atmosphere is not that pleasant, packed out DFO, but, certainly a decent rest stop in the hustle and bustle of the DFO

Fantastic coffee and hot chocolate, very tasty toasted sandwich and breakfast burger, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Got a chicken parmi. Very dry and chewy chicken, and the chips were completely stale. No seasoning nothing. Got wooden cutlery which kept breaking when tryna eat. Wouldnt recommend spending money here.

Wanted to order the calamari salad! After waiting in line to be served I was told you can't order that as we are not allowed to cook it! Thought that was very strange! I had to then order a replacement meal and I didn't enjoy that at all. Not happy with my experience today.

It's convenient in a DFO but the food was average. Wouldn't recommend the toasties but the sweet potato chips were good.

So disappointed with service at this place. This used to be my go to place for breakfast. Now, its just a disappointment. Staff is so rude and always talking behind the counter. When asked for help, either they ignore or just ask you to jump back in the queue while you’re waiting for the food at the table.

After a lack lustre walk around dfo we stumbled onto this gold mine! Would highly recommend both food and service.

The 3 dishes we tried were all fresh and flavoursome, staff were we re friendly and helpful and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, I am happy that the quality of food and drinks would return for another luncheon.

Had a milkshake milk was room temperature then noticed milk was just left on bench not put back into fridge

Staff haven’t stopped talking between themselves. Coffee too hot to enjoy. Absolutely no customer service.
Coffee took long enough to come as I ate my scone before coffee arrived.
The cafe had 6 people sitting in and no orders in front of mine.
Plenty places to get coffee at DFO, and will definitely go elsewhere for my coffee in future.

Absolutely blown away with the service from this store, fast and friendly! Food was absolutely delicious. My family had stopped eating at the coffee club due to a bad experience at another store, fair to say we enjoy the coffee club again!

Ordered fish and chips with 1 croissants and 1 coffee, came to $40. Terrible quality of food and cold.

Came in with the family after a bit of shopping and was left waiting 50+ minutes for 2 toasties and a kids nuggets and chips.only to be told they were out of nuggets. Disgusting service from the workers as well. I’m genuinely confused as to how this place is still open. I would give half a star if I could.

Visited our favorite coffee club today at the Essendon DFO. So disappointed with the service as 1 hr pass and our food still not serve. Poor management of the manager’s on duty.

The service is very poor. It takes an hour for the food to be serve. I even felt the frustration of the couple across our table because they waited so long as well.

I am a Coffee Club member but this Essendon DFO srore is not the best. We placed an order at the counter and chose our table from there, when we got to our table it was dirty, had food all over it from previous diners, so we looked around for another table but the were all dirty, so my hubby went up and asked then if they could please clean it, a girl came out with a blue chux cloth and wiped our table, she did not use any spray just the damp chux cloth, she didn't clean any of the tables around us and they were all free it didn't appear to be busy. In this day an age with covid and germs around this is inexcusable. The food was ok, since they stopped using the tomato chuney the brekkie burger is a bit dry, thankfully the coffee is still good and arrived as l like it, extra hot.
