Cody's focus on exercise posture is one of the main reasons I continue with him. He teaches me how to exercise right and does not just focus on me lifting heavy weights. I am fairly new to working out regularly and have been training with Cody for 2-3 months in semi-group sessions. The journey with him so far has been amazing! Cody is so attentive to your individual fitness goals and strengths and is supportive throughout, making sure to challenge you gradually all whilst making the whole experience very enjoyable. You become amazed at how strong you get over time and how much you look forward to your next session. It all really becomes a part of your lifestyle and you feel a sense of fulfilment!
Cody is one of the best Fitness Trainers I've ever met. He ensures everyone gets attention even in a group fitness class which is rare to find anywhere else. He takes the time to understand particular health concerns and tailors workouts accordingly. He ensures your posture is perfect and the right muscle groups are activated in each workout to avoid any injuries. From someone who didn't enjoy going to traditional gyms to loving my workout sessions, I owe it to Cody.

I whine, I winge, I complain, I try to get out of the workouts.and yet Cody remains soooo patient with me and challenges me to be the best version of myself. It honestly cannot get any better than him! If you're looking for a sign to smash your fitness goals with the guidance of a personal trainer, this is it!
Joining Cody Fitness so far has been fantastic. Each week is different and you feel yourself progressing and strive do to more. Cody listens to your needs and incorporates exercises to suit your requirements. He has been absolutely fantastic and very patient. There is never a dull moment at the fitness centre and you get to meet a friendly bunch of people.
If motivation, flexibility and a personal approach is what you are looking for in a PT then Cody is your man. Cody is result oriented and very motivating helping me achieve my goals. In a boutique gym with top class equipments every session is as challenging as it can get. Oh and there is loads of fun and laughter in every session. In about 2 months now my fitness levels have sratiscally approved and I am getting closer and closer to my goal!
When I spoke to Cody about 2 months ago for the first time to discuss my fitness goals I knew I had made the right decision. Cody is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who knows how to tailor the training program to suit your goals. He has a plethora of exercises up his sleeve and every day a new part of my body is surprised. Cody is also extremely motivating and pushes you to the fullest of your limits. I have seen a lot of Improvement in my strength, my stamina, oodles Of weight loss and overall Improvement in my health in the last 2 months Of training with him. Cody is also very friendly and our sessions are full off laughter and friendly banter. He is also very patient and puts up with my tantrums in every session but making sure I finish all the planned workout. Cody, Thank you for helping me along so far and look forward to continue training until my goals are reached!
Cody is fantastic. I went in to loose some body fat and increase my functional strength. Cody helped me achieve just that in about 4 weeks. He’s very motivating and adjusts the workout plan according to your ability but at the same time pushing you to achieve more. Highly recommend.
