Cocochine Point Cook reviews
60Been here a couple of times, and the food and service is very consistent. The fried shredded beef is a cracker, and the sweet and sour pork is excellent. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
If you dine in or takeaway the food is always consistently good. Probably the best fusion Asian inspired restaurant in the western suburbs.
Delicious food! Will definitely be a returning customer, especially recommend the fried oysters
Love this place! I’ve been at least 5 times now. And I’ll keep coming back. Service is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Nice and quiet room with comfortable seating and atmosphere. However, the food is the highlight. It is always incredibly fresh and delicious.
Had dinner for the first time here, it definitely lived up to expectations, the food was amazing and definitely captured the different flavours well and the service was good which added a nice touch. Would recommend to families or couples wanting an authentic Asian meal.
Went out for dinner this afternoon with my wife for Valentine’s Day
On arrival the restaurant was basically empty
we were sat at a table for two
We ordered our food, as our food come out another couple came in and they sat them right down next to us on Valentine’s Day
so much for going out to dine early have a quite cozy dinner
I felt for the couple as well
when a restaurant is empty Why would you seat patrons together
on leaving I explain this to the staff they apologise but that was it
unacceptable
I was one of three ladies who went for a meal on a Friday evening. Terrible staff terrible service they virtually ignored us all evening. Forgot or lost our order, had to ask three different waitresses to see when it was coming out. If you don’t want customers then close. Will never go there again - and the food wasn’t that crash hot either
They cater to my partners fussy food habits, Always amazing service and food quality is top notch - I highly recommend their sizzling Mongolian beef and yakitori sticks.
Great service, fantastic food, place would need to be refreshed though with more authentic antourage
Food was terrible (I can cook much better than them). The seve was very small as well. Lastly, the price was extremely high for this level of food. Never Again!
The old lady who serve us have bad attitude and worst customer service ever. Ask for water, wait for nearly 40 minutes. Food is just typical take away food standard. For the price and service, better go somewhere else.
Negative Star, save your money, go somewhere else Pathetic service, very small serve, disappointing food. They served the food on salted plate, or they spilled the salt. My partner almost finished her meal before they remembered that I was waiting.three staff members approached to get the order. Don’t waste going there. Save
The vegetarian springrolls tasted like frozen ones heated up. The silken tofu was not what I expected. Food was below average for a high price. The Chinese tea was really good tho probably the best thing I had there
Been here many times, always fresh and tasty food, try the Mongolian beef, cantonese beef, Cocochine special fried rice, the Owner Ken is a true hospitality person and staff are fabulous. Service is great, thanks for a great night. We always get our Chinese Vietnamese take out from here, the best in Point Cook hands down.
Had dinner at this place for 2 days in a row just to have the Crispy Beef! It was so full of flavour and very well cooked.crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.yum! Having said that though, the rest of the food on the menu is average and prices a bit steep for the relatively small portions. However, for a restaurant local at Point Cook, it's still a pretty decent place to go to.
Another chain of tasteless chinese food at a high price. Place looks great but the food is not so great. The staff are just workers with no passion, the manager is just not caring or attentive. This is the second time at the place as I always give it a second chance and I wish I didn't. They have lost me.save your money!
The staff were friendly, and the meat in the dishes my wife and I ordered was incredibly tender. We had passed the place many times before, and thought it looked classy, and actually eating there reinforced that first impression. A lovely place to spend date night with my wife.
The food was nice. Quite plentiful if not a tad on the expensive side.
The service is friendly and very good although there
was a bit of a long wait after ordering drinks.
Not very bad all in all.
Best Chinese food in the west.
Few other people had left bad reviews for bad manners and I can clearly understand why: (
But the food was so tasty that I over looked those staffs and concentrate on the food:)
A little smiles can take these guy's long way.
I lovveeeeee cocochine! They have the best fried rice ever! And the sweet and sour chicken is amazing as well, will have to stray away from my normal menu picks and try the other things they have to offer
